Previous Choppers I've had we're not as easy to use and made chopping veggies a hassle. Blades are super Sharp and a small tap on the top of it chops them right through. This vegetable chopper is made out of hard plastic as well as stainless steel full of cutting. It is easy to clean as long as that is done immediately after use. The blades are easy to change. It requires a lot of force to chop vegetables and the handle tends to snap down with some force when the skins are left on even soft vegetables.
