This waist trainer really offers full coverage of your whole torso. I didn't know if I got the right size but it seems to fit and cover all of my waist and up. It's not a thick material though so I wasn't sure how well it would make me sweat. I do like the little slit in the front that i can stick my phone in, it's super convenient. I'm going to run it through the sweat test and see how it holds up compared to my other thicker ones.
