This is a lovely warm red color, very intense. Easy to use, especially if you have an eyedropper handy. It WILL stain your skin, but doesn't stain other things like the mixing bowl or dishes. The colors are vibrant and mix easily into frosting, batter, and icing without needing a huge amount of product. I also like that the shades stay bright after baking, which made desserts look much more fun and colorful.
