I've only had it installed for two days, but so far I like it a lot and have avoided some of the complaints I read by applying the solutions during the install. 1. Definitely recommend using the video to install and have the paper guide as backup. 2. Having 10mm and 13mm ratchet wrenches on hand is very helpful. 3. If you're going to use the rail strip (and not mount a rack on top) I would advise inserting it before installing the rails to avoid the awkward position of trying to insert it while tight to the cab. 4. To avoid the rattling at 60+ mph, I cut 1" off of the rubber strip that overhangs the front of the bed between the bed and the cab. It rained pretty hard last night and the bed was dry this morning. 5. I found it easier to disassemble the mounting brackets, slide the upper bolts into place in the channel, then slide them back together. After the first one, the rest were pretty quick. 6. I got everything aligned and straight, then went back and tightened everything up. 7. The optional rubber feet for the bolt that touches the bed came with what looks to be screws to mount them to the bolt. However, there is no hole to screw them into. So I just flipped them over and tightened down with a little pressure. 8. I applied a large dab of silicone to the cover caps to prevent them from flying off in the car wash. Total install time was 1:45 with some futzing and watching the video a few times. Can't give it 5 stars because I've seen other covers and this one feels just a tiny bit less solid, but it's a lot better than I expected for the money. And easy to install yourself. I'll update if anything changes, but so far, so good.

I have a 2024 Colorado and just installed. The only thing I felt I needed to do was cut the tie down ring off right driver side because the electrical connections were getting rubbed. The video is the best. The Colorado battery terminal is not really made take a ring wire connector. So I made it a split one and attached it. I would recommend

Terrible instructions. Took me several attempts to get all the slop out from side to side. T-channel is not the standard T-channel size so the accessories I bought to go with it are getting returned. I’d return this cover if it wasn’t such a pia to do so.

refuses to stay locked. occasionally ill hit my breaks and hear it slide partly open as im driving. it Hogs up a tone of useful space on an already smaller sized box. putting it together was a joke. instructions are rubbish. only good thing i can say is its solid but that by no means would sway me to buy it again knowing what i know know about living with it
