Been very pleased with this product, using it to livestream yoga classes (instructor mic). Great sound, no cut-outs in a large room. Our receiver is plugged in 24/7. Having two mics is useful when an instructor walks off with one occasionally. We replaced a RODE Wireless Go 2 system after the 4th microphone clip broke - the RODE replacement microphone was the same price as the entire SYNCO device and communications with RODE for what seems like a product design issue were met with silence. The SYNCO clip is much more rugged (and the magnetic clip is surprisingly useful). The only quibble (minor) is that the Receiver times out / powers down when the microphones are disconnected. Good practice when operating on battery but we keep our receiver powered up 24/7. A minor issue. Our staff is mostly non-technical so we have to make sure they know to turn the receiver on shortly before the class starts, but not too much in advance lest it time-out / power down. Recently purchased a second device for an adjacent studio - no sign of cross-talk / interference so far. Fingers crossed. Not sure who to believe (conflicting information, see below) but preliminary testing was fine - so we're hoping for the best! The website FAQ states: Yes, it is feasible to use three sets in one place. And it is advised to place each receiver 50cm to 1m away from each other to ensure proper working. A chat with tech support says: If you need to use two sets of microphones in the same space, it is recommended that the two sets of microphones be at least 10 meters apart.

I bought this to record an event in a long chapel on a university campus. I tested it at home with over fifty 2.4ghz devices running at the same time on wifi and Bluetooth with no interference and the mic worked through walls. It really surprised me. It comes with a charging cable, case, two transmitters with built in microphones, a receiver, two lavapier mics, 2 magnets to attach the transmitters to clothing (or use the clip), 2 foam windscreens, 2 dead cat windscreens, and a TRS to TRS cable and a TRS toTRRS cable. The mics are easy and simple to use with plenty of features. They have gain control, two levels of noise reduction, and can do dual mono with one mic or stereo with 2 mics or a safety channel where one channel is recorded 6db lower than the other in case audio clipping occurs. I've found that the included lav mics sound decently well and are much better than the built in microphones. The devices came almost fully charged right out of the box which was very surprising but a pleasant surprise. I also was trying to figure out how to attach the receiver to the camera hot shoe, then I realized the clip on the back is designed to fit right into the hot shoe. Perfect and well thought out design, in my opinion. The microphones are plastic and lightweight so they feel somewhat cheap, but I feel they'll be durable enough for the intended use. They are not weather resistant however, but that's not an issue for me. Overall I'm very happy with this system and can't wait to try them out at the event I need to record in October. If I have any issues I will update the review.

The SYNCO Wireless Lavalier Microphone delivers clear, clean audio and is very easy to use. Voice quality is crisp and natural, making it great for interviews, vlogs, and mobile content creation. I really like the charging case—it’s compact and convenient for keeping everything powered on the go. The included accessories are a big plus, especially the iPhone to Type-C adapter, which allowed me to record directly to an iPhone with excellent sound output. Plug and record—no stress. The only downside is that one transmitter doesn’t always charge immediately in the case and sometimes needs a bit of adjustment to make proper contact. Not a deal-breaker, but worth mentioning. Overall, this is a solid wireless mic system with great audio quality and useful accessories, especially for smartphone creators. Highly recommended.
