I broke my leash today on a chest high wave, not sure how it happened but it broke at the base of the ankle cuff. I surf almost everyday and the leash has been great and it's unfortunate that it broke. However I did use it quite a bit. I purchased the leash less than 6 months ago and its pretty disappointing that it lasted for such a short time. Fortunately, they offer a a 1 year warranty. I emailed them and their customer service was quick to respond, even the founder respond to my emails. They simply asked for a pic or proof of purchase and just like that they mailed me another leash. Based on this level of service, I'm willing to give it another try. ... show more

this leas is a good value but it is rather on the cheap side. Cheap relative to the higher quality brands but you get what you pay for. In all honesty, for the price, you get more than what you pay for but just a little bit more. I would recommend these leashes.
