So far it works as it should. The key is hanging it loosely. If you pull it tight, arrows will easily penetrate. You want the net to absorb the energy not try to stop it. What will be the test is how long it last through the weather. PS Price is great for this product.

Bought this for a backyard archery range. I use a compound bow; my friend uses a recurve. This back stop has worked equally well on stopping both when an off target shot happens. It is heavy and heavy duty. I live in a desert environment and far have no complaints with it. If you are setting up something and need a backstop this will and does work well. I bought the 10' x16' for use with 2 to 4 people shooting at one time.

This is well-made and provides a safe backstop for our backyard archery range. We are shooting 20-30 pound bows and have not had a single penetration. Some of our arrows feature pretty narrow tips. This is really durable and should survive outdoors for a while, I think.

Didn't stop my arrow. I have had this for a few months behind my targets. Luckily I've never missed that target until this afternoon. I have a compound bow strung at 65 lbs and shot a target arrow at 40 yards. I shot high and it went straight into the net and immediately through it! Luckily, it hit a wood fence behind the net the ultimately stopped the arrow but now I will be throwing the net away and placing up a wood backstop. Not ideal and I'm upset I spent the money at this point.

This backdrop does what it’s intended. A few comments mention arrows for through it, o did not find that to be the case. Don’t pull the net tight, and it will stop the near misses and the full misses. I have mine about 10 feet behind the target, 20-30 yards from where I stand.

Hung these behind my targets in my backyard range to prevent overshoots from going into the woods. They work really well. I only have two complaints. First, there are several spots in the fabric where the threads have broken, meaning there are small holes in several places. I can repair them easily, but I don't have kevlar thread so those are permanent weak spots. Second, no matter how I drape the fabric or secure it to the mounts, if an arrow hits low, it slides under the fabric and I have to go chasing it. Still, I went from chasing a dozen arrows a day to chasing one every couple of days. I liked it so well that I bought a second one to cover the other half of my range.
