This leg press is awesome! Beautifully constructed. It is solid thick quality steel and bearings inside the slide. Large foot plate for a wide range of foot placement. You can not beat this machine for price and quality! I built it myself, 99% of it. For the foot plate installation you will need 2 people. That is towards the end of the build. I have worked out and gone to the gym on the average 5 days a week with few breaks between for over 20 years so I have had lots of experience with different machines. Recently my job and hours made it difficult to make it to the gym, so I started building my own home gym. I tried buying things that were the same quality and range of motion that I had been using in the gym. One of the pieces of equipment I picked after researching and comparing alot of them was the Syedee Leg Press. I wanted something that could handle enough weight, something that moved smoothly and something that was built to last and comparable to something you would see at your local gym. I couldn't have made a better choice the Syedee Leg Press is all of these and their customer service is great. They even reached out to me to make sure that I was pleased and to let them know if I had any problems they would make sure they were taken care of. If I had to make a choice again I would definitely go with the Syedee Leg Press the overall quality is amazing, it is easy to assemble (I was able to assemble it pretty easily in a short amount of time with a little help from my wife) and the price is a fraction of what their competitors are asking. ... show more

I did a lot of research (YouTube videos) to find the best budget leg press for my garage gym. For under $1000 this thing is solid. The linear bearings is what sold me as other budget squat racks use plastic for the slide mechanism. It makes some noise but fairly quiet and unnoticeable. I am 5’8” and can comfortably hit the press normal or wide stance. I pressed 12-45s on this no problem and machine didn’t shake. the welds on the hooks seem sufficient for any weight it can hold. The padding is comfortable and more heavy duty than my bow flex weight bench. Also putting leg press between my squat rack and bench makes it convenient for storing and loading weight using the “storage pins”. My only cons for this rack is stepping in and out of the seat is a little awkward due to the support bar being in the way, but even with that you have the handle at the top of the press plate to get out. I'm very pleased with this leg press. One of the things I worried about buying this was the quality. Home gym equipment isn't known to be the best. Often it's wobbly because of the thin steel they use. I was surprised this isn't the case here. It's solid and heavy but the wheels make it easy to maneuver. Another great thing for me was the size, it's compact, so it's not too bulky in my garage gym. I like that you can use resistance bands along with weight plates on this system too. My only complaint is there's no warranty information in the instructions. I had to contact the maker via Amazon to ask some questions but they responded quickly. Setup was easy, it's all numbered and there's not too many parts. It took me about 2 and a half hours to assemble. Overall it was a good purchase. ... show more

I've been looking for a solid leg press machine for awhile at a decent price that could fit in my homegym. This by far has been the best purchase! It can hold a lot of weight and easy to set up. It took me a few hours by myself because some parts are heavy so recommend using a helper. But overall. It fits perfect I'm my bedroom & serving it's purpose. This product is great, I’ve been using it for about 1.5 months now and not a problem. It comes in 3 big boxes when shipped and I recommend having 2 people to set it up as it took me 2.5 hours alone.
