Would give it a zero if I could. Ordered 2 of these and if they would have fit together, I would have given them a chance. Loved the color and the size, but the arms would NOT fit right and would not stay on. The brackets on the arms were installed incorrectly to start with. We were able to unscrew them and reattach so they should have fit together, but they did not fit together well enough to keep them attached. My husband attempted to adapt them with washers and worked on them for a few hours in attempts to get them to work. He's very handy, has worked in construction all his life and is a master electrician by trade, with his own successful business for many years, so definitely NOT user error. I also question the "genuine" leather claim. Needless to say, I sent them back.

I bought this chair for my small living room. It is easy to assemble. I like this chair. Sits great. Looks great and also the leather is easy to clean. So soft so comfortable. Very high quality.

Like the title here - we ordered two chairs and one is terrific, fits well, went together easily. The other chair has the wrong seat base brackets. Customer care was very attentive, however, after I sent several emails with many pictures of the differences in the great chairs brackets and the incorrect ones on the unbuildable chair, they sent another whole seat base with the same incorrect brackets. Please note: these brackets are not just "upside down" - we cannot fit these together in anyway and they are completely different than the other chair. We can tell this seat base has traveled before as the box is retaped and has some damage but the seat is "fine" We have asked for Only correct brackets now but they have indicated that they can only send a whole seat base as the brackets are installed at the factory. (? boy how expensive!) SO we are about to receive our second "spare" seat base I guess! sigh

Well for me the chair is comfy but to put the chair in its sitting position it very hard. That's the one bad thing the chair has.

I only have good things to say about this recliner seat Easy to assemble, any person with no tools are able to do that. It worth for the price and I m convinced that I made the best decision taking this one ! Wife is happy so everyone is happy

Pros - super comfortable, easy to put together, well packaged, small for a small space but still roomy, swivel and rock work well. Cons - does NOT recline 150 degrees! If you recline the supposed 150 degrees, you have to have a lot of upper body strength to keep it in that position as it does not stay in that position on its own. Who would even want that if they were able to do that, as it would not be comfortable and would cause muscle cramping and fatigue trying to keep it reclined. The 150 degree recline is the main reason I bought this chair and it doesn't do what it says. The foot rest is very hard to get back into place and unless you have a lot of strength in your legs, it is impossible to get the foot rest locked back into place using your legs. I have to get out of the chair, hold the footrest down as much as possible with my legs, trying not to let it throw me, turn around and push the footrest as hard as I can with my hands to get it to lock back in place. I am older and disabled and do not have the strength to keep the chair reclined nor to push the foot rest in after getting it to partially recline in an almost upright position. I definitely see a future problem with the hand pull to get the chair to recline as I do not think it will last very long and will quickly break. This chair should have had a handle on the side to control the upright and reclining positions, which would have kept the chair in the 150 degree recline position without the user having to try to do it with their body. I am keeping the chair as I am not able to pack it back up and return it to Amazon. Each box weighs over 70 pounds and is very difficult to move. Took more time to unpack and get the pieces in place to put together than it did to put it together. This chair is definitely made for a small person but most small people do not have the body strength, especially if they are older or disabled, to maneuver this chair. I do not recommend this chair, look elsewhere for a chair that actually does recline 150 degrees without the user having to use their body to try to keep it in that position and a foot rest that is not a nightmare to get back in place. Again, I don't recommend this chair.
