When we first sat in this chair, it was used for a nursery..and they are advertised in the section for “nursery chairs” , i guess because they are rockers. Well, we wanted to get some kind of chairs, we could afford, and then i remember sitting in that rocker. We both agreed that they were comfortable, etc…so, long story short..we bought 2 !! Now he has one, and i have one and it’s great . They’re comfortable, recline well, easy to assemble , affordable, and we just didn’t want to buy 2 big old recliners..no thanks. They’re well made , they swivel, they look good…(though I’m working on making covers for them since I don’t want them to get stained, though Hubby said they would not be hard to clean by hand …just so you know ). We love ours….. i hope this helps somebody..cheers !

The story about this chair is too long to recount here. The chair is in my office and it is comfortable, seems well made and easy to operate. I had a problem with the chair, nothing related to quality or delivery. In fact the chair arrived 2 days after it was ordered instead of an anticipated 2 weeks. When I had to contact BirdF, I was quickly responded to in less than 24 hours. Through customer service agents, we reached an agreement for resolution to my problem. BirdF really didn't have to make this effort.. Because of the quality of the chair and BirdF top notch customer service, I would be more than willing to purchase furniture from this company.

I really like the quality of the fabric & upholstery work and the size is just right for a smaller den area. Rocker and swivel are working without a flaw and while seat padding is very firm, I think it will soften up with use and if not, a cushion works fine [tried it!]. Only issue I have [will update review if it improves] is the recliner function. The hand/manual mechanism on outside right chair arm works fine as does the extension of the foot rest and recline of chair back. The problem is when you sit up in the chair, the foot rest does not return / it remains extended. You have to physically get out of the chair to close it and then it is very hard to get it to 'latch'. If anyone knows a remedy, I would like to know! I will attempt to contact manufacturer's customer service, Amazon too if necessary.

Was looking for a small recliner for elderly mom’s apartment and this was perfect!!!! Cute and comfy and the 360 swivel is great for her. The foot rest is a little hard for her and comes out fast, but still a great chair. A little hard to close sometimes for her. Again, still a great glider. And mom is 90…

This chair is not comfortable at all. The recliner takes a lot of effort to put back in its place, and it does not even feel stable when you recline. Worst of all is the customer service. It says that the item is eligible for return, but then they’ll add a $80 charge for no reason even if you are returning it all in the same original packing! BUYER BEWARE. There are way better options out there. My advice is go and try the chairs yourselves to see if it’s something you like. I am done ordering furniture online. Massive disappointment and even worse customer service

Super comfy chair (have fallen asleep in it multiple times already) with multiple ways to use it. I do wish you could lean back more while rocking but love that you can swivel it 360. Fits both my husband and I great with some room left over for baby toys/supplies. Also want to mention they have amazing customer service! My chair arrived damaged and they offer a partial refund or replacement for it. They responded quickly and politely to my messages

Got this for my daughter. She is super pregnant and was able to easily put it together herself (don’t come at me, lol, I planned on doing it). Very comfortable and durable. Reclines almost all the way flat.
