  • Just as good as the Zengrip
Color: Black
I got my hands on my friend's Zengrip and realized how bad the switch's ergonomics were. I can't justify the $55 that the zengrip cost, so I opted for this one which, at time of purchase, was $23. The OVIO grip is easily just as comfortable as it's more expensive counterparts. I highly recommend it.

  • Ease of use
Color: Black
My son uses this for his Switch. He loves it. It is easy to dock and he loves the thumb grips that come with it.

  • Worth it
Color: Black
So much easier on my wrists and fingers! I didn’t use the finger pads, but the case itself is sturdy and feels so much more comfortable than the switch without it! It isn’t dockable, so that’s a touch annoying, but I feel like if it was that would really lower the quality and strength of the product itself. ... show more

  • Updated: Decent Grip, Great Company
Color: Black
If you're like me, you've gotta have a better grip if you play with your switch handheld. I was developing some horrible pains in my right hand and this was the cure. The feel and quality is pretty great when comparing it to the more expensive name brands out there. I would have given them 5 stars for this but after 3 months of limited use, the adjustable stand gave out. When attempting to use the stand, I could hear and feel a grinding plastic sound as it now hung loose. 12 Aug 23: I reached out to the company to see if they cover any manufacturing defects as the internal plastic component for the stand seemed brittle and not made for more than a couple of uses before snapping. 16 Aug 23: A completely new grip arrived from the seller so it's reassuring to know that this company stands by their products and their quality. They make it up to you if ever any bad eggs slip through the cracks. They earned the 2 stars back by this action and the no hassel service they provided. Thanks Oivo ... show more

  • ...I think my search is over
Color: Black
So... I’m a gear junkie. Always nitpicking and trying to find a product that checks all boxes with as little compromise as possible. As you can see from the first pic, I have a lot of grips... and I’m always swapping between them based on feel and function to definitively decide which grip my switch will live in. I have both versions of the Skull&Co’s, the Mumba battle series, Satisfye and now this new champ. I’ve had a couple others but gifted them to friends. Enough about me though, I just wanted it to be clear that I’m reviewing this based on what I’ve used and not speculation. This Oivo is incredible and caught me completely by surprise as I bought it on a whim after ordering a bluetooth adapter that plugs into the C port and didn’t fit in my pervious favorite grip case. Grip is of course subjective with lots of variables like someone’s hand size, the way they hold the system or even where they rest their fingers so there’s never going to be true gospel on this kind of product but the ergonomics on the Oivo hit all the right spots for me. The Satisfye is of course the easiest to compare to so I’ve posted a couple picture to show some of the differences in size and features. I wear medium sized gloves and the Satisfye is too bulky for me. The rubber coating on it is great but because of the round shape and thickness of the grips I find that my right hand is always sliding up a bit as I reach for R and ZR, to combat this my ring finger tends to grab the bottom of the grip case for stability where there’s no contour and that causes discomfort for me. The Satisfye’s stand feature is also a technicality at best to me, it does hold up the Switch but at an impractical 90° that doesn’t play well with tabletop viewing. I didn’t leave the Oivo 100% as sold. I added some rubber grip stickers because I’m not a fan of the bare plastic which to be fair does indeed feel like Nintendo’s pro controller that the handles were modeled after. For my hands the feel between the Satisfye and Oivo is night and day. The Oivo has contour throughout with no sudden angles, it’s noticeably lighter without feeling cheap and a bit slimmer giving my index finger an easier time to reach R and ZR. The kickstand is also a KICKSTAND. It’s adjustable with a lot of range and pulls double duty of keeping the Switch locked in place. Another note between the two is that while the Satisfye does a great job of keeping the Switch in place without a locking mechanism the tight fit always makes me nervous, I tend to carefully insert and remove the system slowly by its joy cons and not the system itself because it feels like the joy cons railings could be damaged if not done correctly. The Oivo on the other hand has a ‘just’ snug enough fit that makes inserting and removing the system thoughtless. It probably wouldn’t keep the console in too well without the lock but that’s what the lock/stand is there for. The last feature to touch on of course are those game slots... they’re great too. Games slide in easily as well but don’t feel like they’re in danger of falling out due to the felt used to pad the insides of the slots and 5 does seem like a practical number of game options for a day trip but mileage may vary there. This thing’s probably the easiest grip case that I’ve used to recommend. It’s priced to sell, comfortable, feature packed and even plays nice with bluetooth dongles. ... show more

  • works fine can be better

comfort is there but if you game alot, it can feel heavier and bulky from the front.

  • We’ll designed for medium sized hands.
Color: Black
Pros: Sturdy, well-designed, Cons: Not dockable, grips could use to be slightly bigger for my long hands and fingers, grips could use some more texture or rubberization. Overall, I’d buy it again hands down. For the money it’s a good bet.

  • Shockingly high quality, surprisingly comfortable.
Color: Black
I was hesitant to go for an asymmetric grip, but I'm glad I did. It feels really solid and chunky in the hand, which is (in my opinion) a great thing. Great product.
