Fast shipping. Console works perfectly as expected. Just as I remember it way back in the day. Sucks I sold mine years ago, but this console works like it was brand new. Couldn't be much happier. The zapper gun doesn't work on newer HDTVs (only works on CRTs), so Duck Hunt won't work unless I someday get a CRT. I really don't care though because Duck Hunt was never one of my favorite games anyways.

V2 - found a cable and can't get the unit to work. Main screen flashes and can't ever get the included game or any of our other games working. I shouldn't have to spend hours troubleshooting whne it has a guarantee promise. Returning and not buying from seller again. V1 - It arrived in a timely manner, but I can't check to see if it works because the items that were included in the picture are not actually included in the box. One of the key cables is not included and it is essential to play the unit.. Plus the unit came very dirty. I guess I'll update if and when I can find a cable on a holiday weekend that will allow us to play the unit. And the listing didn't say anything about the housing being chipped in one area.

Loved this product! I was a little bothered by all the reviews I read from purchasers complaining about their guns not working … smh…. So hopefully I can help prevent that from happening in the future! Few things you should know before purchasing- 1. LCD, LED, UHDTV, and other flat screen TV’s were not available in the 80’s 2. The guns were made in a way so they could be compatible WITH the TV! That being said- Bluetooth, sensors, or any other kind of communication weren’t available between the gun and tv screen. 3. The way it works is while playing duck hunt- when you squeeze the trigger the entire tv screen goes black for a split second and the only light remaining is a little box that was the duck. If you’re aimed perfectly at that box the gun would sense light and register it as a counted hit. Newer TVs have a different kind of lighting (LCD/LED/etc..) and the gun isn’t recognizing any of it.. Soo- long story short: if you can get your hands on an older TV (CRT Television), then do it. Rummage sales, estate sales, or your grandma‘s basement might help with acquiring one and all the parts should be able to be used as they were intended…. otherwise set the gun aside and look into the adapter cartridges with light guns that play on a NES/clone system. Either way.. stop blaming perfectly good gaming equipment for operator error!:)

System came in looking great. Had to purchase a different power cord, as the one that came with it didn’t have enough juice which caused screen distortion. Also, about 2 weeks after I received it, the system started freezing, not reading games (I know normal for old NES systems), or power cycle off and on randomly.
