  • Worthwhile Upgrade to Any Remotely-Operated SureFire Weapon Light
This accessory is so ridiculously useful that it's a shame SureFire doesn't include it with their remote switch-equipped weapon lights. I'm using the SR07 (7" cord) Remote Dual Pressure Switch with a SureFire M620U Ultra Scout Light mounted on a Colt LE6920 carbine. The hand guard is a Magpul MOE fitted with full-length Picatinny rails. The great thing about the SR07 switch is that it attaches directly to the Picatinny rail without using the Magpul Illumination Kit (MAG402-BLK) or any tape/velcro. This is definitely the way to go (unless you intend to mount the pressure switch somewhere without a rail; e.g. a vertical grip.) The push-button on the SR series Remote Dual Pressure Switch does not provide momentary on functionality, which makes sense since the pressure switch pad already performs this function. What is pretty neat is that, when the push-button switch is on, lightly pressing the push-button provides momentary off functionality on the light. So, the Remote Dual Pressure Switch can provide momentary on and momentary off functionality. This is a worthwhile, albeit pricey, upgrade to any remotely-operated SureFire weapon light with a compatible tail cap connector. Thank you for reading my review. ... show more

  • Nice
This is probably the nicest pressure switch I've ever used. Not too soft or firm, easily mounted on a rail with no worries of it falling off. It ain't cheap by any means but its worth it to be reliable, solid, and have an ambidextrous light switch on ones rifle.

  • Good quality and the buttons work great.
Works really good. Snapped into rail ok, feels like it may pop off if it makes contact with something. Further testing will be done and will update this review after some time on rifle.

  • Great product, overpriced and should come standard on Scout lights
As with all Surefire products, outstanding overpriced piece of kit. I bought this to replace the stock single function version that came on the Scout light ($250 light, thanks Surefire). The only reason I dropped this rating to 4 stars is because of the cost. 7 inches of wire, rubber coating, two contact switches and a lottle bit of labor, maybe 7 or 8 bucks total. Even at 300 percent profit it would be reasonable. Unfortunately Surefire is the best option for pro use. It is like the really hot girl that treats you like garbage and makes you take her to expensive restaurants...you want to ditch her but no one else can come close in product quality. The switch allows rhe user to run the light intermittent (long bar of the pressure switch, press to activate, let off and the light is off). Second option is the button switch that clicks with a press for constant on (useful feature) and clock it back off. Easy replacement for the scout, unplug the old version and plug this one in...the one that should have come with the scout in the first place. ... show more

  • Pricey, but worth it!
I knew I got a SureFire-quality product as soon as I carried the switch in my hands. It was a nice addition to my clean and tidy configuration with my M600C Scout Light. I have a tendency to change my configurations so I'm not too crazy about using adhesives and velcro to mount my tape switches. SureFire had exactly what I had in mind: a pressure switch that mounts onto my rails (as long as you have the rail real estate to spare). It fits snug on the rail with no movement at all. Another note to the SR07 is that it includes a constant-on button for those moments when I need to hold the momentary-on switch for longer time periods. The momentary-on pressure switch is stiffer than I'm used to, but it gives me reassurance that I won't accidentally press it at the wrong time. I love the set up so much that I'm going to pretend I never saw the $80 price tag attached to it. ... show more

  • Much better than standard pressure pad!
I assumed this item was pricy, it’s well worth the money. For the price you don’t have to worry about tapping the cheaper pad and leaving behind sticky residue. Mounting the pad on a side rail is amazing and ergonomic. The steady on button is a bonus in my opinion!

  • Pressure Switch Highly Recommended for Light Setup
So my old light setup was just a push button activation on the tail cap of a cheap flashlight. I then took a rifle course, with night time shooting, and there were many times that after a course of fire or when doing reloads, me and many other students still had their light on. Instructors would say that we're just giving away our position and highly recommend to get pressure switches. Fortunately, my cheap light broke so I ended up buying a Surefire M600IB Scout Light and a Surefire Dual Remote Pressure Switch. I like how the switch is designed to be installed on a rail but I have to secure it with a tie-wrap. A month later, I attended another rifle course, with night time shooting, and I was quick to activate the light when shooting and turning it off when I was done shooting or when reloading. There is less movement, and less thinking, about pressing down on the switch than moving your thumb forward when activating/deactivating a tail cap switch. So if you're going to mount a flashlight to your rifle, then I highly recommend getting a remote switch, especially a Surefire brand for your Surefire flashlight. ... show more

  • See pictures for detailed review
I disliked that it did not have Surefire labeling like shown in picture. I disliked the fact the the cable is not satisfactory in what is shown in picture. I was not satisfied that packaging was not true to what is expected.
