This mattress was delivered to our neighbors, so we had to load it into a truck. This thing is heavy! It’s easier to carry without the box. My husband and I struggled getting this loaded. When we opened it up CAREFULLY, it immediately began to puff up. Three days later we finally slept on it and it was an ok experience. We upgraded from queen mattresses that were 20+ years old and a foam mattress over that. So going from squishy unsupported mattresses to this firm mattress is a big difference and will take time getting used to. I have back pain but after a couple nights of sleeping on this, I’m not waking up sore or in pain. Just sleepy from the tossing and turning of getting used to a brand new mattress. The media could not be loaded. Thank you to the seller for sending it my way and arrived before the set date. The bed itself is firm. No memory foam, and mostly springs. I got those bed for my husband mostly. The video is of him passed out within 10mins lying on the bed. I however, need to find a topper because I like my bed a little softer than this.
