I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed.

It may not be as easy as a normal toilet to install but it is not as difficult as reviews say. This may be my 4th or 5th time installing a toilet so I'm no pro for sure. Take your time and think through it. I used a 12" supply line (vs 8) so I could get a bit more room to work with. Setting the toilet. Two things 1) Prop it up 2) WAX-FREE ring. I propped it up as others said, just enough to get the flange bolts just inside the holes and then I removed the prop while I supported the toilet. For the prop I used a 2x4 on edge but if I had a 4x4 ... The wax-free ring makes it ease to adjust while you're lining up the flange bolts. It isn't fun cleaning the flange for the wax-free but it was worth it. The tricky part is getting flange bolts nuts started. It was as a two finger drill... the first one took three or four tries but the second one was one try. To tighten them... your best bet is a flex-head rachet wrench. Otherwise, you will experience the frustrations others have. Toilet flushes great. Seat is comfortable enough.

This was an inch less measured at: front to back of tank compared to a typical oval seat "American Standard". Tank appears to use less water and does its job. Positioning of the water flow inside bowl seems like it may keep it cleaner. Appreciate the included slow close lid that is typically an additional add-on. I saw a few reviews complain of the top flush handles, requiring the lid alignment and went for the (choice of side) flush. I went for the angle that is mostly away from the view and think it's even better with a featureless lid.

Great looking toilet and not as hard to install as people make it sound. Swiss Madison’s biggest flaw in this toilet is the seat. It is made of the most cheap and flimsy plastic you could imagine. It’s almost embarrassing. Will absolutely need to replace it.

I loveeeeeeeee this product. It is absolutely stunning. It is a bit tricky to install and I don’t recommend the wax ring they provide. I gave 4 stars due to lack of complete information on the assembly guide and the lack of care instructions which caused about 15 hours of deep research on matte ceramic upkeep. That being said if you buy this you need a few things. Black microfibers and a silicone toilet brush (regular brushes are too abrasive). You will need a ph neutral soap for the exterior to clean with a wet cloth (black microfiber so you don’t get little fuzzy things everywhere) and then towel dry right away with a dry black microfiber. Then you need a ph neutral non-acid toilet bowl cleaner otherwise you will risk damaging the finish. If you get a matte finish make sure you don’t just douse in just any stone cleaner as it will leave your matte finish shiny and that would be pointless. Hope this helps.

I bought and installed two of these in my house. Toilet is beautiful and gets compliments for looks. It works alright too, haven't had any clogs or issues in nearly one year. There are 3 concerns. 1. Installation can be difficult if there is something next to the toilet like a shower door or vanity. Most small bathrooms have this issue, so watch out. 2. The toilet seat is uncomfortable as it is narrow and not flat. So, no resting for a long time. 3. Dual flush buttons aren't well aligned to the inside areas they need to push. The top lid doesn't snap in place. So you may find that the buttons are stuck once in a while. You adjust the lid a bit and buttons start working again. Seller is also offering a left or right flush option, which may not have this problem. Overall, great price for a good looking piece. Hope the manufacturer sees the feedback and improves the product for even more traction.

I needed a toilet delivered fast when I purchased my home in June 2022. I had this toilet installed by my contractor. He said it was very heavy and required two to install. The toilet seat itself is the worst thing about this toilet. Super super cheap feeling. The hinges broke for some reasons after a couple uses. The flush is also mediocre, I've had to unclog the toilet multiple times. Overall, the toilet looks nice besides the seat (I ended up replacing with a Kohler seat in the picture, and now it's 1000x times better!) Being a 1-piece toilet, it's also super easy to wipe down/clean/disinfect so I'll give it that. If not for the seat replacement feeling better again, I would give this a 1/5. I don't recommend it. Would rather go Toto/American Standard/Kohler next time.
