As a usable product I’m happy with it. The package was good as well and I did not receive any broken ceramic. The install could have been a lot better and I would have a hard time recommending it to others who may not be so hands on. 1. The install does not address different flange topologies. My flange was on top of tile and would not install with the provided wax ring. I had to buy a basic wax ring to get it close to the floor. 2. No amount of plumbers putty was going to get this toilet firm on the floor and stop it from spinning without adding a few shims around the edge. This is due to the imperfect forming of the ceramic on the bottom. It’s not flat. I was able to caulk over the shims without an issue. 3. The install kit comes with plastic screw covers which aren’t useful for this toilet. Obviously this was some sort of generic install kit. 4. The washers were small and flimsy. I ended up using thicker wider washers. 5. The bolts were undersized for my flange so I had to swap those out as well. To the manufacturer: a lot of the bad reviews on amazon are concerned with the install process. I took a chance anyways because I think the product design is unique at a reasonable price point for the average consumer. I would invest a bit more in this aspect of the product to improve overall ratings. as a consumer I would be willing to pay a bit more if it meant install was much easier. ... show more

Turns out I didn't have to buy this. My plumber is an idiot. There was nothing wrong with the old toilet. It worked better than this one. But it also used a LOT more water. I have to plunge this one now and then. Guess that just means I'm healthy. The full skirt makes it easier to clean. I do also like the two-button flush. It took a minute to get it seated right without leaking. Started with one of those rubber rings. Finally got it after switching to wax. ... show more

    • Fill Valve failed days after warranty expired. Currently out of stock.

The fill valve failed a couple days outside the 1 year warranty and replacement part is out of stock. Makes me think it's a known failure point and fails often.

We really like the design and functionality of this toilet. Looks great in a tiny bathroom. It was a bit tricky to install because it sits so close to the wall. The plumber that installed it was not comfortable with caulking it to the floor per the directions (and not using toilet bolts), so he cut through the wall behind the toilet and installed toilet anchor bolts from the other side of the wall. It does mean a little drywall repair for us, but no big deal. Otherwise, I would have rated it higher. We did have a piece broken on delivery (the tank lid), but Swiss Madison was very obliging to replace the part. Great customer service! ... show more

So far so good. My contractor said it was his least favorite toilet to install however he got it done and it has been performing great for about a week since I had it installed. So far its been easy to clean and thats a huge relief from my previous 2-piece toilet.

Love the sleek all in one design. The bowl still sweats. Not as bad as the standard toilet I had before but it still sweats. ADA height is perfect. Very comfortable with having a bad back and knees.
