Doesn’t flush properly. Do not purchase unless you can waste water. This toilet is terrible at the primary thing toilets are designed to do: flush waste. #2 does not flush on the first full flush and it takes at least 2-3 flushes for the water to run clear and not have brown. The small flush button doesn’t even flush down urine in one flush. It’s still yellow. Unfortunately I purchased these toilets early and the return window had already closed by the time we installed them. Such a waste of money. I’m going to have to replace these with another brand. Who has time to wait for the tank to refill to give it a second or third flush and then have to use a brush to clean the sides of the brown because the water level sits way to low.

I have in the past done Geberit and Toto wall hung toilet installations. To save some money I went with Swiss Madison this time. I think the construction and installation process are very similar and about equal or on part in terms of what it takes to hook up and get into the wall. Unfortunately when we turned the water on for the first time we realized the float valve assembly was broken. <<Original Post: I hope to work with Swiss Madison to get a replacement part but based on some reviews here - - I'm not optimistic. I will follow up this review when/as Swiss Madison helps me to make this right.>> New Information: WOW did they go above and beyond! I told them about the part being broken and they began to ship me a new parts bag for the fill valve. THEN, due completely to my error, I realized they had my old address and had send the parts there.... so I let them know about this and a day later I had yet another parts bag overnight shipped to my new house. They did not charge me for the second bag of parts even though it was my fault! Incredible customer service. The swap out of the part was Very Easy and took about 4-5 minutes. I suspect that back in the first place the problem was not with their product but rather probably with the shipper knocking things around. It has been installed now since June and it flushes well, doesn't leak, is very quiet, and looks sharp/modern.

I installed this a year ago with a Geberit wall mount system. The water table in the bowl is too low, leaving the bowl messy after flushes. In addition, I've remounted the seat three times with new pins. The seat twists to the right as the lid closes, and the pins deform very quickly. This was an expensive and time consuming project, and I'm sorry that the one part of the whole project that people actually see and use functions so poorly.

I haven't installed the toilet yet, so I can't say much about it. However, I am struggling with getting a bidet toilet seat that would fit this toilet. First of all, the official reply in Q&A is wrong. The toilet is round, not elongated. You don't determine that from the total length. Secondly, it's a weird shaped round toilet. The length from center of seat mounting holes to the front edge is 16 inch. Most round toilets have at least 16 1/2 or more. This means when you buy bidet toilet seat, almost all of them hang over the front lip, and you can see the front lip inside the seat hole.

This toilet looks great and does a great job saving space in our small bathroom. The first problem was the package was missing several necessary parts which took great effort and time to get Swiss Madison to replace. The next installation issue was wall width. Our research said this tank would fit in a 4" wall. It didn't. Our drywaller was able to bow the sheet rock around the tank but that left a space in the trim where it is not flush. Getting this toilet installed and working took forever! Now that the toilet is in, it doesn't do the job well. Even with liquid waste the TP remains in the bowl with one flush. It does a lame job with solid waste. We did buy a Toto two piece Drake for our other bathroom and it is so fantastic I can hardly believe it. Just wanted you to know I'm not hard to please.

This was a triple winner - I didn't want to clean a traditional toilet, and we had some shallow plumbing pipe clearances to overcome, and we're both short so having an adjustable height in wall framework was great. It doesn't have the traditional seat feel, but you get used to it. But this toilet is super noisy, and splashes on the flush quite badly. So keep this in mind for your installation. Contractor said it was a breeze (he'd never done one before).

So I must say for my first ever toilet install this thing came with every piece needed to connect into my existing plumbing which was nice. It’s very sturdy and hold my weight (200 lbs+) no problem and is super firm. It’s a lot of work especially being my first install and be VERY careful installing the toilet itself. You have to cut the toilet connection pieces and if you don’t cut them to the proper length you can bust some of the brackets on the toilet mount itself. You need to be careful not to cut it too short as well as the toilet would then leak/fail when you go to flush. My only real negative is that the flush itself doesn’t always do the best job on your #2’s. It can require an extra flush but I’m very happy with it!

Rígido el material plástico y de buen aspecto satinado y buen tacto. El diseño es corto, para espacios reducidos, es perfecto y elegante.
