I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed. ... show more

It looks very nice in my remodeled bathroom, and it works very well, the seat and lid are plastic and little flimsy, the only draw back is the installation is a little hard and if you are trying to add a bide on it there is not enough room in the back to reach the nuts and bolts specially in a tight place. ... show more

I have a very compact guest bathroom and the toilet is right up against the tub (1970’s code). I Could not have the handle on the left side of the tank, which seems to be the most common. I read a review that supposedly six contractors on a big job used for various toilets over six months and they rated this one quite high. My other Bathroom has a Kohler And that’s been terrible for thoroughly flushing, solid waste. The Swiss Madison does a much better job and it’s a nice looking. I needed a toilet delivered fast when I purchased my home in June 2022. I had this toilet installed by my contractor. He said it was very heavy and required two to install. The toilet seat itself is the worst thing about this toilet. Super super cheap feeling. The hinges broke for some reasons after a couple uses. The flush is also mediocre, I've had to unclog the toilet multiple times. Overall, the toilet looks nice besides the seat (I ended up replacing with a Kohler seat in the picture, and now it's 1000x times better!) Being a 1-piece toilet, it's also super easy to wipe down/clean/disinfect so I'll give it that. If not for the seat replacement feeling better again, I would give this a 1/5. I don't recommend it. Would rather go Toto/American Standard/Kohler next time. ... show more
