This training aid works exactly as described. It helps if the players are a student of the game, watch the videos and really want to make improvements to their swing. It's a process. There isn't one tool or one exercise that will fix a player forever with one use. That being said, if you can see a player is casting, throwing their hands at the ball, this is one good tool. Make sure their timing, lower body rotation or torque is happening, eyes on the ball, etc is happening before trying this tool. After learning what the Swingrail does, many players are surprised that they feel the resistance. I had one player on the first use, just try to power their "cast" harder to rip through the Velcro because they feel it's holding them back. So, it's a process of teaching and learning and it's a unique tool for sure. Experienced players can use it to fine tune once a week or every so often. It's something to learn and feel it, then come back to it on occasion and not a magic wand to fix and forget it.

Using this for my 10 year old son.... first three swings with it his exact words were... “oh! This is what you were trying to tell me! I get it now!” Can’t wait for this COVID thing to be over and see him having fun on the diamond!

my son couldn't get the hang of it. It seems easy but you really have to practice for a while to get it just right.

I have little league players, coach pitch and Major League. I got it for my Major League Little League player to help and he is to stubborn in his ways to even give it a good try. Maybe if I had a highschool player or a couch that could work with us it would be better, but as of now ill keep it and try when they are older again. It might have helped if the instructions had more visuals on it for my son to see how he is supposed to hold and swing

I've been seeing this product and thought I would purchase this for our ball team. We watched the videos and tried it several times, but we couldn't get it to work correctly. It could be user error. I did return the product for a full refund.

I ordered two of these (double pack) thinking it would be such a great product that I could share it within our little league… I think the product has a good “idea,” but that’s as far as it goes. It’s just an idea…thanks but no thanks and now I’m stuck with two of them.
