This training aid works exactly as described. It helps if the players are a student of the game, watch the videos and really want to make improvements to their swing. It's a process. There isn't one tool or one exercise that will fix a player forever with one use. That being said, if you can see a player is casting, throwing their hands at the ball, this is one good tool. Make sure their timing, lower body rotation or torque is happening, eyes on the ball, etc is happening before trying this tool. After learning what the Swingrail does, many players are surprised that they feel the resistance. I had one player on the first use, just try to power their "cast" harder to rip through the Velcro because they feel it's holding them back. So, it's a process of teaching and learning and it's a unique tool for sure. Experienced players can use it to fine tune once a week or every so often. It's something to learn and feel it, then come back to it on occasion and not a magic wand to fix and forget it.

my son couldn't get the hang of it. It seems easy but you really have to practice for a while to get it just right.

Waste of money and i bought 2 . One for my son and my daughter. Not that it doesn't make a perfect swing just the time that it takes to reassemble to swing again. Dont recommend for 12 yr olds bored with it very quickly.

Using this for my 10 year old son.... first three swings with it his exact words were... “oh! This is what you were trying to tell me! I get it now!” Can’t wait for this COVID thing to be over and see him having fun on the diamond!

The delivered product was nothing like the videos. Much cheaper indl design. Doesn't work as the velcro comes apart.

I've been seeing this product and thought I would purchase this for our ball team. We watched the videos and tried it several times, but we couldn't get it to work correctly. It could be user error. I did return the product for a full refund.

I really wanted this to work but after hours and hours, days and days, no luck...just frustration. The Velcro just comes apart with even the slowest dry swing of my 10 year old. Perhaps they work, but I tried my best to watch all of the instructional videos but they were as if they were filmed with a first gen iPhone. The picture quality and sound quality was horrible plus they let interrupting with text over the screen.
