Received plants quickly and they looked fine however they all quickly died off after placing them in my aquarium. I reached out to seller and they eventually responded and offered a refund. I asked for replacements instead and they ghosted me. They are not responding at all now. I definitely not order from them again and cannot recommend to anyone else. Very Disappointing!!!

Moss STILL hasn't turned green again. It's been nearly a month and its still brown. It was greenish on delivery but quickly turned brown, this is typical for plants grown in air as opposed to underwater but they typically acclimate after two weeks. I am seeing Zero signs of acclimation. I have great flow/filtration (1000 GPH or greater that I have measured with a meter) CO^2 Injected Reactor Water fertilizers It's attached to driftwood in the usual fashion. It has definitely begun to grow out like Xmas moss is known for but the darn color is just an ugly brown. I had Xmas moss for 3y, it was GREAT but I had to move and my plants didn't survive the neglect so I'm starting over. I don't have any carbon or other water cleaners, just typical filter floss media and Lava rock. It's the exact same filtration I've had for 3y, same tank, same local water type ect...... EVERYTHING else in the scape is thriving, including shrimp and other much more sensitive plants than Xmas moss. I WANT A REFUND

Plants arrived in poor condition with leaves already melting off and slimy. Several of the plants were clearly grown out of water and snipped with no root system, one had roots still covered in dirt. Variety was okay, but most died off or have begun to show signs of rot already. The only plant that seems to be doing well is the moss mat. Try canton aquatics, they’re great.

Really bad quality. A complete waste of money and dirty! Not only was it more than half way dead, it had all sort of creepy crawlys in it even though it said it had been treated with pesticides. Never buy from here.

Look like a bunch of cuttings somebody cut out of their aquarium there were no roots I don't think any of it will live some of it was just dead no reason to even plant that the other was half dead it was just not worth anything actually

My moss was supposed to be 25 sq inches, I measured and it was closer to 16. It dried out intransit. It essentially disintegrated into tiny pieces when I put it in my tank. There were a few 4 inch pieces that remained. The rest is getting sucked into my filter.

The plants arrived quickly, however they arrived dead and looked almost melted. The plants were turning black and almost all of them had no roots, not to mention they were a lot smaller than expected. While only 7 out of the 10 were viable I attempted to put them in my tank as one last effort but they continued to die (and I know it's not my tank as I have other plants in it doing just fine). I am very disappointed.

Total Scam, terrible plant quality, poor variety, rootless plants. They are pricey for a worthless product. They don’t sell the product they advertise. Annoyingly disappointing, dishonest product and service, unfortunately.
