All the shrimp arrived alive and are continuing to thrive! Unfortunately the snail did not survive shipping it seems all the water came out of the bag. But I believe that must have happened through the shipping process nothing to do with the seller. I am extremely happy with this purchase the shrimp are absolutely beautiful the brightness and color on them are just beautiful. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get high quality shrimp.

The media could not be loaded. I couldn’t be happier with this order from Swimming Creatures! The shipping was incredibly fast, and the packaging was done with such care. Each shrimp arrived in perfect condition—vibrant, colorful, and very active. I ordered 32 premium Neocaridina shrimp (red, blue, orange, and yellow) and received 34 total, with only 2 that didn’t make it—which was more than covered by the extras they included. But here’s the best part: Both bags were FULL of baby shrimp—about 50 babies in each bag! What an amazing surprise and bonus! 🐣 Also, make sure to carefully check your packaging: I found two beautiful mystery snails tucked inside a small bag with moist tissue to keep them safe and healthy. A thoughtful touch that shows how much this seller cares about their animals. All of the shrimp were healthy, colorful, and large. They’re now thriving in my planted community tank, and I’m beyond excited to watch the babies grow and explore their new home. If you’re thinking about getting shrimp, don’t hesitate—this is hands down the best experience I’ve had ordering live aquatic pets online. Highly recommended!

These guys are beautiful and so far healthy! I received 13 shrimp and a mystery snail, all alive! There were even some teeny tiny babies in the bag. There are an equal number of blue, red, and orange shrimp. They are very busy swimming around the little (albeit algaed) introduction tank. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

I ordered 20 Premium Neocaridina Shrimp, shipped to the East Coast. Knowing a heatwave was coming, I paid for expedited shipping (ordered Wednesday, expected Friday). Despite clear "Live Animals" labeling, FedEx delayed the package in a Tennessee facility over the weekend, delivering it Monday during the heatwave, leaving it in direct sun against my garage door. The shrimp were well-packed in a thermal bubble wrap envelope with insulation and ice packs, but I feared the worst due to the extended transit and heat. Swimming Creatures’ customer service was exceptional—they refunded the full shrimp cost before delivery, ensuring my confidence in their DOA policy. Remarkably, of the 26 shrimp sent (6 extra!), 25 survived the journey, with only two passing in the next day and a half. The included mystery snail also thrived. The surviving 23 shrimp are vibrant, healthy, and a stunning addition to my aquarium. Despite FedEx’s mishandling, Swimming Creatures’ quality, care, and service made this purchase worthwhile. Amazing!!! I’ve ordered from this seller multiple times for multiple tanks and each and every time the delivery astounds me!! They package the shrimp carefully without mess or hassle, they’re vibrant and beautiful and my new babies bounce back quickly and have been thriving!!! As I’m writing this review I’m also planning to order another batch soon!!! If you’re considering buying any shrimp I HIGHLY recommend this seller!!! Only three shrimp were DOA but other than that they're all amazing found my snail in there and got him in there as well they all seem to be doing great in their new home. Snail can be seen on the glass to the left he does fall off at some point and the shrimp can be seen swimming all over

Delivered on schedule, happy and healthy. One DOA but they included a couple extra in case of this. Snail was also alive and happy. I got 4 goldenbacks 5 cherries 2 dark blue 3-4 orange , 4-5 different rilis and one so small I cant tell yet.10/10 would order again. Great deal and quality product.

Ordered shrimp and a mystery snail. Did not get a snail and about 4 were DOA. We lost all but 5 within the first day. When texting the seller as directed on the instructions, I was asked how I’d like to proceed. I stated I’d like to just receive 4 more shrimp and the mystery snail. Was told only a refund was possible. Not sure why I was given an option 🤷♀️. I’d like to end by saying these shrimp have been the best addition to our tank. We love the beautiful colors and watching them move about!
