I have done the 20 shrimp 3 or 4 times (several were gifts for my great grand kids). They have done well, the kids, caring for the shrimp. They lost a few but that’s ok. Packaging was very good and delivery as expected. Always had one or two that would not survive, but always seemed to have extra! Overall great first time experience on ordering a live animal. Sadly a couple were DOA, but after contacting their customer service they offered a refund on the DOA's. The rep was very helpful and respectful of the issue. The shrimp themselves were visually active and healthy with nice color variety. The media could not be loaded. All the premium shrimp arrived alive and they are so brightly colored! I couldn’t be happier! They are acclimating right now. It looks like there may be some tiny babies in there too. Second order of 20 skittles shrimp arrived fast and the temp of the package was excellent especially with the heat wave in Florida. The media could not be loaded. My package came far sooner than it claimed, and the shrimp are so cute! They'll be going in my 15gal with my apistogramma. I have 3 DOA (not 2 like I said in the video, I saw that the other one next to the 2 dead ones was also not moving). However I do have 2 berried shrimp. I'm not sure if the moms will pull through with a fish in the tank, as he might scare the females and they might drop their eggs. ... show more
