I bought this on April 11 2022. I have taken it a few places put some miles in since then (its now april 24th). I am a little bit over 200lbs the bike handles me with ease. I have gone up big hills i'd say around 30 degree incline very long. It didn't skip a beat and handled the hill with ease. There was a ding from shipping on the frame, but I will paint over it to avoid corrosion. Besides that everything seems fine. Building it went well, very simple and easy. Was about 80% together. I just put the handle bars, the wheels on, and checked other bolts. Tools are included, but any basic bicycle multitool should work too. Anyway pretty good so far, will update review over time. I was kind of hesitant because if the lack of reviews but I took a chance. Just got it today. Was able to put it together in less than 30 minutes because it comes almost completely assembled. There are extra tools that are sent along that fit other components of the bike which is great for future maintenence. You can feel the difference in the levels of electric assistance. The battery is easily removed and comes with two keys for use when taking it off the bike. The frame isn't too heavy at all. The wheels are sturdy and we just had to top them off before test riding. I like this bike and might have given it 5 stars in spite of an overweight spring fork and noisy brakes. I am also concerned about this and other ebikes imported in limited numbers where It may be difficult down-the-line to replace the motor, charger, battery etc. Otherwise, a solid and responsive class 1 ebike (Pedal Assist only) at a bargain price. ... show more

Solid bike, (delivery guy had to deliver to my door in with a dolly) easy to assembly. Easy to peddle even without assist, and has plenty of power to go up hill. Seems very well built.. Only down side is it came damaged. There was no visible damage on the box must of happened at the factory. Wish I could get some kind of compensation. Because I'm not goring to return it for that ... show more

Bought this in Feb. 2023 after my roommate told me his brother recommended he buy this bike immediately. His brother had purchased at least 3 of them from Amazon at an amazing price. At that time they were $400 which was unheard of for an e-bike with these features. There were no reviews posted, but we luckily had the word-of-mouth recommendation. After a couple of weeks of discussing it, we were both going to order one each but he fell asleep instead of giving me the money that evening when we planned to buy them. I ordered mine and saw that it wouldn't ship for a couple of days so I knew my roommate could order in the morning and they would still come together. The next morning I woke up to my roommate screaming and cursing in anger. 2 reviews posted from the time I bought mine and went to bed and the time he woke up. The price shot up almost $300 overnight after those reviews were posted. It was awkward telling him that I didn't miss out on the killer price. He was even more upset because I only knew of the bike because of him. It all worked out because he found a bike that was $100 more than what I paid and did more than just pedal assist. His bike will move without any pedaling required. I am taller than he is and this bike was better for me as it is height-adjustable more than the bike he purchased. I don't own a vehicle so I rely on this quite a bit. I like the features where you can quickly release the front tire and seat when you lock it up. Taking those with you seems to make it a less desirable target for thieves. I also ensure to remove the battery if I plan to lock it up for more than a few minutes. I had an E-scooter and once the battery dies on those you have to carry it. It's a huge benefit that this turns into a normal bike if the battery dies. It's similar to the Mitch Hedberg joke where he says an Escalator is never out of order. It just becomes stairs. Sorry for the convenience. Changing the rear tire the first time was quite an ordeal. You can look on YouTube since it works similarly to many other E-bikes. The video I watched on changing the back tire was not brand-specific to Swifty but was easy to follow. I did need my roommate to help me with it either taking it off or putting it back on. But now I am familiar with it and can do it all myself. I recommend investing in flat tire slime to protect your tires from punctures so you do not have to remove that back tire often. ... show more

This ebike is amazing. This is the cheapest ebike I could find on Amazon and was skeptical about the quality and battery range but I decided to buy it. I am really surprised by the quality and fit and finish of this ebike. Very well made, looks sleek, and on my first ride I did over 20 miles on most powerful setting and I still had about 60% of the battery remaining however I did give it help by pedaling with moderate force about half the time and the other half the time I just barely spun the crank to let the motor do all the work (I weigh 150lbs so maybe that’s why I got long range). I looked up the company that made the battery and they are a Chinese company and seem to be very experienced in Lithium ion battery manufacturing. They have been around for 10 years and their main focus is lithium batteries. I only had one problem, the front disc brake rotor is the wrong size. It calls for 180mm rotor according to the stamp on the caliper but the wheel came with a 160mm rotor. So I had to buy a 180mm rotor but the 160mm rotor is the right size for the rear so now I have an extra rear rotor. I would buy this again. ... show more

I have had 2 other bike's in the past that were more expensive than what I paid for this ebike and I must say that this is my favorite. The color is awesome and the peddle assist is almost immediate no lagging. I have gotten up to 19 MPH on mode 3 and so far the battery has only gone down one bar in about 7 miles, very robust battery. Disc brakes work well and the frame is strong and fairly light. The only thing that I changed was the saddle as I wanted a more comfortable saddle.The front suspension is a big plus for me and works well over the bumps on the bike track , the wheel design looks cool and have had no issues with the tires over the road surface or on a rock trail. Overall I am really enjoying riding the Swifty ebike and would highly recommend it. Nice work Swifty ! ... show more
