Just opened it up and set it up, and we love it so far. This mattress was absolutely worth the price. It fluffed up within a couple hours . The mattress has been most comfortable for both back and side sleeping . And It is a medium-firm. It has good support but also softness. Although it’s soft, it has structure and firmness that it won’t start to sag or dip. Have to say, it does have a good balance of firm and softness . So comfy and super supportive. No smell or issues with mattress unboxing . I think I’m going to replace my other mattresses with the same thing. ... show more

I was really happy with the way the mattress arrived. When I opened the plastic wrap it started expanding immediately. The mattress is not too firm or plush, it’s just right. Previously I had been having a lot of shoulder and neck pain, and ever since I started sleeping in this mattress it is literally all gone. Now I wake up in the morning with no shoulder or neck pain at all. I thought maybe I had bad pillows, or was sleeping weird, but I never considered my old mattress. It was comfortable from the first night and only got better with time. I can actually fall asleep fast now whereas I used to toss and turn constantly trying to find a comfortable position. This mattress is amazing for the prize. Very pleased with this mattress. Definitely recommended for people who suffer from shoulder and neck pain.I am satisfied to Bud this. ... show more

This is our second attempt at a mattress from Amazon. The first one was so uncomfortable they refunded our money. So we decided on this one after a long debate and I can honestly say I’m happy with our purchase this time. But we tried the firm side first but I sleep close to the edge to give our dogs room and I kept feeling like I was falling off but we did both wake up pain free for once.. we’re now on the softer side and it’s perfect!! I like EVERYTHING about this bed! No smell, quick inflation, choice of comfort: medium support or soft - both are GREAT. The only thing I don't like is that I bought the 10" rather than the 12"! I am absolutely amazed at the quality and the comfort. Over the years (I'm 80, so I've bought a few beds!!) have never, ever been as pleased with a bed purchase. Highly recommend. This mattress came wrapped up very tightly, but was decently easy to take apart. Laid flat right away and was able to sleep on it the same night! The mattress expanded almost completely within 4 hours of opening. By the next day it was done! It’s soft, but not too soft. It hugs you like a glove once you lay still, but you don’t sink much. The shape pops right back once you get up in the morning. It also supports your body perfectly. I can’t wait to get off from a long day at work and get in bed . The cool part of the mattress is that two sides available to sleep. It says that one side soft and one side firmer. But i love the soft side. Perfect for me. Most of all you can't feel when the other person gets in and out if bed! Or if they toss and turn! I can’t even feel when my husband gets out of the bed ! I have bad hip pain and this bed allows me to get a full nights sleep! It's great also not having a box spring. It's a great memory foam mattress though! It is incredibly comfortable. ... show more

Been using this mattress for about a month now and it really made a difference in my sleep quality. Before I was always have back aches and waking up multiple times at night when my partner would roll around in the bed. Now I don't feel the movement of them rolling and my back doesn't always ache. Usually I like softer mattresses but after trying both sides of this mattress, I ended up using the firmer option which is still soft and plush but gives me that extra support for my back. Easy to setup as well states wait 72hrs but after 5min it looked ready to go. I ended up giving it 24hrs though to be safe. ... show more

Queen memory foam mattress is not the best quality but it is adequate. It is used by my granddaughter when she visits with me. It is definitely not top quality like ‘Purple’ or ‘Casper’ which they have at her dad’s house. It is very ‘spongy’ along the first foot all the way around. They advise you not to sit on the sides very long or always in the same place. However, it is fine for sleeping on. It is very comfortable to lay on.
