First impressions are good but only time will tell.

First impressions right out of the box, these chairs are great but from other reviews it seems like time will be its real test wether they last only a month or a couple years I guess there’s only one way to find out. I can only give my review based on whats in front of me and so far i like it. They look great and were very simple to setup, they feel sturdy enough but the locking mechanism when you extend the chair could he better. It seems to lock at whatever set angle you like but if its not far back enough and you lean forward it slips down back into a seating position. The only thing that locks them in place looks like some kind of clamp but theres no way to tighten it from what i can see which is a shame and could potentially be a problem later on but so far no issues. It definitely feels comfortable when laying back and you feel secure but the way the back part of the chair is supported by the tubes that acts as the back legs seems a little dangerous especially if your a little heavier than normal or if you just throw yourself back to quickly. They look like they would bend and youd be on the floor which ive seen some reviews actually mention and its a little scary now that i look at the way it’s designed. So far though it seems fine, the tubes dont seem to be bending at all for now and everything seems fine. Ive seen a lot of reviews mentioning rust which is a concern but i dont plan on leaving these outdoors anyways still ill be keeping an eye out for any signs. I gotta say for the price on my first day review its worth i, you get two comfortable chairs and they look good. I wanna update this review in like a couple months though and see how well the materials hold up so i can’t really comment on the quality over time, but initial thoughts they are pretty good. ... show more

Amazing!!!!! Very very sturdy. Durable and great for any space. Light weight and easy to store if and when not in use. My husband has AVN and has no problem getting up from the chair. I tell people all the time “if I didn’t have furniture in my house I’d buy loads of these chairs and use them” worth every penny. Someone I know had these while camping and it was an instant buy for me. I have had some amazing nights in these chairs next to a campfire! Beyond comfortable!

Sore Keister

The old keister’s not too happy. The way the fabric angles at the bottom of the back rest and the back of the seat area leaves no room for the booty. Since it is not cushioned, it’s a pressure point. Not as bad when reclined though. It took me a while to figure out why the keister was sore; it is taking some time to recover. The other complaint (minor) is the fabric goes so far down on the front leg area that when not reclined it creates an awkwardness - cannot tuck feet under the chair. If reclined, it’s not an issue. And it is probably necessary to have it this way to support my legs properly in reclined position. When it is reclined it’s pretty good. A little narrow. A little hard to get in and out of. Overall, I like it. I bought it for reclining and can’t expect a chair to do everything. ... show more
