I ordered this chair for my husband. He had broken his both hips few years ago. He needed stable comfortable office chair. We received the chair 5 days ahead of schedule! It is really appreciated. His previous chair was getting wobbly. I was concerned. The metal frame of this chair is solid - no assembly required! This is the most important reason I ordered it. The only thing was to screw the sit and the back cushions to the frame. All parts are included - even the Allen wrench and the extra screws and a washer. Instruction for the installation is very clear - all parts are clearly marked. The chair is the perfect height and size. The cushions are soft enough but still provide enough support.
