Summary: Overall this is a great product. Assembly was easy, no tools required. It is very sturdy and completely silent. There’s no creaks or noises when you turn over in bed or anything like that. There is a full 12” of clearance under the bed even with a little bit of carpet squish. My only complaint is that it seemed a tiny bit big for my bed as you can see in the photos. Not enough to dock it a star though so 5/5 from me. Assembly: Assembly was super easy. The box provides the only tool needed to put this together, which is a 5mm hex key. As an engineer, I noticed they did make some compromises in the design to achieve this (like tapping a thin plate instead of using a through-hole and nut) but I don’t think this should be a problem unless you are disassembling and reassembling it a ton. Structure: As you’re putting it together it seems a little wobbly, but once everything is tightened down and the mattress is on, it’s nice and sturdy. No squeaks or creaks or anything that concerned me. Granted mine is against two walls so your experience could be different. Fit and finish: Everything fits together well, and the hardware is decent. The frame is just painted satin black, and the hardware appears to be black zinc plated. This makes it look nice and simple - no complaints on the aesthetics. The frame did seem a little too big for my bed (see pictures). Now my mattress is probably 15 years old, and it could be small, but I think they could have gotten away with making the frame a little smaller.     • Nice and sturdy bedframe
The current bed frame in the guest room was already a bit rusty from being left outside, and starting to show wear so I decided to get a new bed frame. This queen mattress bed frame comes in a compact box and is very easy to assemble with thebincluded instructions and hardware. The bed frame is very sturdy with no noticable creaks when putting my full weight on the frame (200lbs). I put a memory foam mattress on the bed frame, it moves around slightly since the frame is a smooth surface, I don't see this being an issue while sleeping but "other" activities may slide the mattress a bit. I may look into side clips or a bed skirt that provides a frictional layer to keep the mattress in place. The bed frame is in a carpeted room so I can't say how it would be on a hardwood /laminate room, I imagine if the mattress is heavy enough the frame should stay in place. There's about a foot in height of under mattress space, which is perfect for storing items, office papers, or a place for guests to store their bags. ... show more

I was so glad when I found this bedframe, it was just what I needed. I wanted a simple metal frame for a good price and that is exactly what this is. Assembly was easy and done within half an hour. Which in furniture assembly time, is miraculous. It is very sturdy, as it is metal but is still moveable. You can push it to wherever you need it in your room which is very helpful. There is no need for a box spring as the frame sits a little higher. It holds a queen-sized mattress perfectly and comfortably. This bed frame is very easy to assemble and is sturdy once complete. My brother set it up in a rental that we are remodeling, and he took the pictures I attached with his old tablet, so they don't look very good, sorry about that, but you can see that the big Queen box spring fits on it perfectly. Everything comes packed nicely in the box and the frame is very simple to assemble with the included wrench. My brother is the type of person who never reads instructions for things, and it only took him about 15 mins to complete. The one tip he gave was to put all the screws into the frame from the outside in, if you are also the type to just 'wing it'. While I was taking a nap, Husband began assembling the bed frame. I woke when I heard banging about and found him laying out the parts. He was impressed with the clear instructions. There was no mystery in how to put it together. It's sturdy. We were able to get rid of the box spring because it holds the mattress nicely. This bed frame is perfect in our guest room. It was very easy to assemble and once everything was cinched down, we had a super stable and sturdy bed frame. The ground clearance being as high as it is allows our guests to easily put their luggage out of the way during their stay. We were able to put our memory foam mattress directly on this bed frame and the skirt we bought for it makes for a slightly-warmer aesthetic than the black, industrial-theme of the bed frame. ... show more
