To start, I’m happy with my purchase. It is small but comfortable and looks nice. It’s light weight, does not swivel, and was beyond easy to put together. For in depth review… by comfortable, I mean comfortable enough to sit in and have no complaints. It is not some comfy recliner you can curl up and nap in and just love every second like a more expensive chair. It is small and narrow for me (a plus size woman with big hips). My husband is thinner, he is 5 ft 9 and 150 pounds and he can sit in with a tiny bit of room on each side of his legs but there is no way even he could sit criss cross like I do in big comfy chairs. I can sit in it and I’m 5 ft 6 and 270 pounds with my weight carried in hips and thighs. I don’t feel like I’m going to break it but it’s snug on my hips and I’m careful with how I move in the chair. Example, not wiggling around and bending over the sides to reach phone chargers. I just sit down and recline off I want. I would not sit in it though if weighing much more than I do because if I were any wider, I think the sides/arm rest area would actually push out when it’s not supposed to and that’s where it would break. If you’re just too heavy with narrow hips, you could probably be up to 300 pounds. Massage setting is nice but it just works on lower back with different speeds. It does not massage upper back/shoulders.

This is the quickest review I’ve ever made. The chair came yesterday afternoon, ahead of schedule. Fits great in my room, size specifications were right on. No surprises on installation and ease. Talk about bang for your buck, this reclining chair is comfortable, fits in a small space, not heavy… So you can move it out for the full reclining position. The massager works, and is purely just a bonus feature as far as I am concerned. I’m about 5’11, 180. And there is room to spare. For the cost, convenience and fit… When this wears out, I would buy again in a heartbeat!!

I've only slept in it for a few days, but it works perfectly for my needs. The chair is visually smaller than I expected, but it is great for my size (5'6"). I love the massage, but it only varies in number of times it vibrates, and the massage stays in one place on the back. Then again, more to possibly arrive damaged, when the electronics are more technical. Massage was a nice bonus, but when the rollers are off, you can feel them on your back, depending on how you are sitting in the chair. The head leans back comfortably so that you can sleep, but if you move too much, it pops back up to a seated position. I had to purchase a "small recliner chair cover" for it from another vendor so that I wasn't sleeping directly on the chair. The chair's fabric is not very soft. Feels kind of industrial. It is good for how it is intended. The chair has a pocket on the side (which is good for holding the massage remote), but luckily, the chair cover has multiple pockets, so I can keep more needed items in the pockets. I'm noticing just after a few days' use, that the arms are not padded much. If you try to sleep on your side and your knee hits the arms, it's not very comfortable. I'm trying to sleep on my back more, though, so it serves its purpose. Overall very happy with the purchase. Time will tell (as another poster mentioned) how the chair will hold up.

I bought two of these for a temporary medical related living situation. It was cheaper to buy these than to rent furniture. They are easy to assemble and adequately comfortable and most of all, great for the price. they don't compare with a $500 or more chair, but they are a great value. They aren't huge chairs and might not be the best choice for a large person but they were perfect for our situation. We never used the massages feature so I can't comment on that and I don't know how long they will last, since we only used them for a couple of months.
