I was tired of the faux leather chairs , always slipping around or wearing out arms. Didn't want to spend too much and this chair so far is a winner. I am 6' 2" and 225lbs. Spend about 3 hours a day at my desk..71 yrs old with the typical back/leg/neck issues. . I assembled myself in about one one hour. . T handle hex wrench really helped. . Also there were some extra bolts included. It is so much lighter than my previous chairs, and rolls great. The arms at first seem hard, there is no padding, but I adapted and so far they are comfortable. The gray color is almost an off white. But looks very nice and modern. Very nice chair I just got the wrong color. should’ve got the black very easy to put together. Very sturdy wheels move very well. I’m very comfortable in the chair. And the arms go up and down which is good cause I have a low desk. It’s kind of tight sometimes a good chair.

Urgent Safety Complaint and Refund Request for Office Chair (Including Two Additional Chairs Purchased for My Children) I am writing to urgently report a severe safety issue regarding the office chair I purchased. While sitting on it, the moment I leaned back, the chair completely gave way and tipped over, causing me to fall backward and hit my head and back on the floor. During the fall, the plastic part around the neck and shoulder area of the chair broke. This could have caused a serious injury to my body, and in that moment, I genuinely felt that my life was at risk. Please note: this is not an assembly problem. The chair was assembled correctly without any issues. The defect lies in the structure itself—it cannot support weight when leaning back, which makes it extremely unsafe. In addition to this chair, I also purchased two more of the same chairs for my children. After this dangerous accident, I can no longer trust the safety of these products. Allowing my children to use them would put them at risk of the same kind of injury—or worse. For these reasons, I am requesting a full refund for the office chair as well as the two additional chairs purchased for my children. Please confirm the next steps for returning all of these chairs and receiving the full refund. ... show more
