This bed frame was surprisingly easy to set up, and is even more sturdy than I could imagine. It was so nice being able to get rid of the old box spring in my child's room, and gain a good six inches of storage space under the bed. I don't know why I waited so long, or why I felt a box spring was necessary for so many year, but this has greatly improved my child's bedroom. I put some rubber carpet protectors under the legs, since they are a bit narrow. There is zero noise that comes from the frame, and I can't wait to upgrade my own bed with one!

The media could not be loaded. I acquired this Sweetcrispy Metal Full Bed Frame for our guest room. I had just recently put together a twin bed frame in my toddler's room so the first thing I noticed as I unloaded the pieces from the box is that it has a lot less pieces and screws than the twin bed from another brand. This is because it is partially assembled which is awesome! The steps to putting this frame together are incredibly simple and I mostly ignored the instructions. It is hard to do without someone else helping out to steady the other piece as you put in the first few screws. I ran into an ISSUE right away though. You can view it best in the video clip I took as well as in some of the pictures. Essentially there was a very messy bit of welding near a hinged area that prevented the lowering of the bar fully. That meant that the screw holes were unable to line up and the screw could not go in without removing that metal bit. This is a matter of poor manufacturing and quality control. That said, my husband was able to remove the large bit of metal that was sticking so we could finish assembling the bed. Sadly there were also a lot of scratches and imperfections on a couple of the pieces. Those don't personally bother me too much but may be a deal breaker for some. What really bothers me is that poor welding that led to a gob of metal hardening in a place it was not meant to be and creating an issue that we had to solve to be able to assemble the bed. I always use electric drills for items like this even when they just come with the hex keys because it is much easier. I just turn the drill power down to the lowest setting and remember to wait until the end to fully tighten all the screws. Since putting it up the frame has been sturdy, heavy with no issues. It leaves room underneath for storage which is a great option as well. It screams of a mass produced product with some quality control issues, but the affordability is hard to argue with.

The instructions for this bedframe leave a little to be desired for but overall, the assembly was quite easy. I love that this bedframe is high enough that you don't need a box spring either! It is high enough that you can store luggage underneath and some (not all) storage containers. All of the nuts and bolts needed were also included in the packaging which is a plus in my book! Definitely don't expect anything fancy and if you do have small children, placing some sort of corner protection might behoove you in the long run (since the edges are quite sharp).

The media could not be loaded. I’m extremely disappointed at how poorly this bed was manufactured. Simple things like stapling the Velcro to the wood correctly were not taken. The fabric behind the head board has two holes. I also had broken wood slats. I understand that for the price I was not going to get top quality, but come on! Very frustrating! I can’t believe it was allowed to be sent to me this way. I don’t expect that it will last too long.

This is a good bed frame and would be much better if it was checked for quality control before sending off for packaging. Some of the the bars did not fit well within the frame. I checked and they were all the same length so that tells me the frame itself was off. The bars slipped right through in some spots towards the middle. In testing it some of the bars fell through, taking the mattress down with it. Since I was not allowed to return it I had to improvise by sticking pieces of cardboard to fill in the gaps between the end of the bars and edge of the frame. So far there hasn't been any issues but this product is good to throw out while I look for another bedframe. Such a shame too because had it been made properly it would have been a very good and sturdy bed with proper dimensions.

The box itself is heavy as there is a lot of steel. However, the pieces are not very thick. The overall frame is sturdy and I didn't not sense any swaying or squeaking at all laying down. As this comes with many slats, you do not need a box spring for your mattress. Assembly was straightforward and comes with the required M8 allen key. If you have trouble reading the manual, just try to put the pieces together and it will make sense. To speed up assembly, I used an impact driver with an M8 hex bit. Of the 20 or so odd bolts, I either screwed up alignment of one bolt, or the bolt itself was mis-threaded. Either way, I was able to power drive it in so not an issue. Overall, pretty happy with it.
