Great Heater and Easy Setup
Color: Carbon
Size: 26"H with Two Doors
I recently moved from Florida to Oklahoma and quickly realized I needed a good heater. This one has held up really well and heats up the room nicely. I haven’t had any issues with it so far. It was also very easy to set up — just attach the feet and it’s ready to go.

Overall perfect heater, especially with a child in home.
Color: Carbon
Size: 26"H with Two Doors
FANTASTIC. I rarely leave reviews but I just had to leave one. It heats the room well, and is not hot to the touch! The sides, tops, windows, and fake-fire are all cool to the touch, even when the heater is on full blast (as the air comes out the bottom). Excellent! The instructions and options are easy to navigate, very simple. You can adjust the brightness or have no light on at all too. Theres also a child-safe option to avoid them pressing buttons. HOWEVER, they can still turn off the switch if they find where it is. Overall fantastic and much safer for a child around than many other heaters!

Good quality but be ready to try to find replacement screws
Color: Carbon
Size: 26"H with Two Doors
Other than missing screws for the legs it’s great warms up a room and feels very cozy and you can forget it’s on if you’re not careful since it’s not too loud

Excellent customer service
Color: Carbon
Size: 26"H with Two Doors
The customer service is outstanding... The plug was getting hot and I thought it was the electric fireplace and it was under warranty so they sent me another one in its place.. meanwhile using the new one it was getting hot also and I thought okay. It must be an outlet problem... And it was long story short... In return of course I wrote back and told them it wasn't the stove. It ended up being my outlet and I asked them what they wanted me to do with this one that they sent me and they told me to keep it! I was very surprised! Thank you sweetcrispy definitely will keep you in mind when I'm ready for another one...I love everything about this fireplace....

Doesn't get hot
Color: Carbon
Size: 26"H with Two Doors
Not as hot as I expected it to be. But it's pretty. It's only blowing warm air.

Great Value!! Love it!
Color: Carbon
Size: 26"H with Two Doors
Great value and good quality! You can’t buy a better unit for the money. This is a great addition to my breezeway room. Nice ambiance and I like how the thermostat basically “throttles” the heat output at the temperature you set it at instead of clicking on and off it just slows and speeds up as needed and is quiet. Flame color effect is not adjustable but looks realistic however the flame effect brightness is adjustable so I like that. I couldn’t be happier for the price ( Black Friday) $97

Disappointing Fireplace
Color: Carbon
Size: 26"H with Two Doors
I normally do not write reviews, but I am compelled to do it this time. This Sweetcrispy Freestanding Electric Fireplace was a total disappointment. It was delivered in November, and by January it ceased to operate completely. I noticed a few days before it stopped functioning, I could barely see the flames. I thought to myself that was very odd and was concerned. By January 15th it completely shut down. I checked the outlets, and the remote, changed the batteries all to no avail. At this time, I am stuck with a heater that is of no use to me, and I cannot return it. A total disappointment to say the least.
