It was accidentally dropped by the shipper when handing it to my husband. But it was in perfect shape and did not affect the function. I am very impressed with this choice. My only frustration is the ice melts too soon when put in with a warm drink. But it makes ice fairly quick and works well! Very impressed with this company and the care in packaging products. I have been using this for about a week now and honestly for $50 its absolutely WORTH IT!! it makes ice so quick and is so convenient!. I was on a budget so i didn't expect much but this blew my expectations away! every time you need to refill just get some bottles of water and fill it up to the max fill line and that's it. for the water capacity It takes a quarter gallon to be full. I feel safe consuming the ice because its clean! Would definitely get another if i ever need. It was a little heavy taking it out the box and setting it up but that doesn't matter for me because its just sitting in one spot, also for the size its compact like a mini cooler. It works so well and if i ever need cleaning done it also has a self cleaning option which is neat. Also if you're thinking that its going to need constant refills then think again, i have a family of 4 and we use it 3 times a day and we had to refill it after 3 full days of use. it runs 24/7 and whenever the wife wants me to sleep on the couch i wouldn't have a problem with it because its not loud at all!

Makes ice quickly in small batches. That’s fine with me since I am the only one who uses the ice. I just keep putting it in my freezer. Cleaning mode is easy to use. I have had it for a month now and sometimes I hear a squeaky noise, but it comes and goes and doesn’t seem to affect the ice at all. Nice machine.

I'm so sickly disappointed I thought one of these for my brother for his birthday thought I was getting a great deal since countertop ice makers can be very expensive at least for a good one which this is not not even close 😭 so my brother got home set it up and it just doesn't work it doesn't make ice the machine is just pure garbage and now even though try to get a refund or a replacement which nobody wants because they'll just send you the same garbage you have to jump through a bunch of hoops at this point I'm going to take the loss because it would cost me as much and gas to go across the state to get it to return it and to me it ain't worth it all this machine dad was cost me to lose a lot of money just to try to get my brother something he really wanted for his birthday just to be disappointed.. so my advice is buyer beware go elsewhere buy better don't buy from this company your customer solution is horrible days later when they reply to you after asking you for a verification receipt after you tell them everything that's wrong with the machine they just say the same thing over and over this company is from China and they like to play stupid with you and then tell you to go back to Amazon and her request a refund after Amazon tells you to go to the seller what a joke just don't waste your time if it was up to me they wouldn't get any stars but since you have to give them a star to write a review that's all the get out of me as one but honestly they don't deserve any.

Ice maker is doing its job, getting us more ice. It is smaller but it fills a little basket in an hour and we just keep filling up our ice tray. I would say this is good for a few people needing ice since our family is constantly running it and going through it all every day
