unit will not run in temp lower than 45 Degrees or in humid area of over 90 %. water collection is smaller and needs to be emptied often. so far it runs well. low noise.

I needed a dehumidifier for my house and specifically got this one bc it covered a lot of square footage… and didn’t cost $100+ I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS and after receiving the product and trying to use it i was wondering how to turn it on.. it wasn’t making any noise and i went thru the instructions several times. Finally went to the reviews to see if this was an issue and the first TWO reviews all said the same thing… “dehumidifier mode does not work!!” So clearly this is an issue with this product DO NOT BUY.     • Sweet crispy as a sham company
I bought this particular dehumidifier because it has a hose for emptying the tank into any water receptacle. However the instructions on how to attach the hose to the unit for draining, are completely unclear. I have contacted sweet crispy three times and they have not responded in over 3 weeks. This company is obviously a sham. The dehumidifier works okay but if anything is wrong for instance the inability to attach the hose, you're stuck. The company is based in China and unreachable. This is a quality product. Directions get an F. The display shows “current” humidity level, as well as target humidity level. No, I could not figure it out. My son did.

The media could not be loaded. I recently received my dehumidifier today but I’m having some trouble with it. It will not work on the dehumidifier part. It only works on the dry and air mode so I’m posting this hoping to get some help before I decide to do a return there’s not much info on how to use it in the manual. A slight hum but quiet. Give it time. At least overnight to pull water from the air. Overnight the bucket would almost be full of water, which means that it is working. I didn't see a huge spike in electricity when using it. People don't notice it in the background working. My humidity starts just above sixty percent. and ends around 45 percent in the morning. Hangs around 50 to 55 percent with it being 75 to 100 percent outside. It seems like a good buy. ... show more
