I was not paid for this review. Just feel as it's time to review the products. I seen this before a freind of mine who I run with told me about it. So when I first got the belt they sell and it had a sample of the sweet sweat gel and I tell you what I orginally had the mindset of this is nonsense won't do anything but after having both the belt and gel for a week I noticed a difference as far as sweat as well as water loss. I can't comment on the other products as I went with what worked and ordered the 20 sweet sweat pack sample again and the product works. But for the band and the gel to work you must actually put in the time and effort into the work out there is NO SUCH thing as a miracle cream that you rub on and think a 15 minute run will actually change anything. If your in that mindset and think that it'll work when you don't apply any work into it obviously it will not do anything as you didn't bother to do anything sorry not sorry. I run an hour every day in the morning and then I also run about 35 mins before bed. The product honestly works as I've compared the water loss in a normal run without to a run with. With the scale I have it is extremely accurate so to see if there was a change as far as water loss aka sweat to when I didn't use it to when I did it was about 1.5 pounds loss in sweat compared to about 3.5 pounds of water loss with the gel and band. That's all I have to say take it for what it is if you actually put in the effort it will work if you don't there won't be any difference as far as people saying how difficult it is to wash out that's rubbish unless you work out and let it sit and not wash off right after the workout. Overall I'd say its 4.5 out of 5 and remember you get what you give. Give minimal effort you'll get minimum results and think it doesn't work. Works as described. Multiple uses per packet, but after reading the ingredients if I knew the proper ratio I could make my own for cheaper. Oh well I guess I'll keep buying it.

This stuff is cray. Smells like clean laundry. I took off the sweet sweat waist belt thingy and sweat literally FELL on the floor. Here is my floor with my sweat on it - ew and wow. It also made my stretch marks on my stomach from having 2 kids less noticeable?! I put some on my thighs but didn’t really noticed much there, I think I rubbed it in too much there which it tells you in the instructions not to do. Overall impressed with the product. After one use of it with the combination of the waist trainer belt, I was able to work out comfortably and fit into a pair of denim shorts that were too small for me! I purchased these along with the corresponding waist trainer/sweat wrap. I’m so pleased with this combo. The waist trainer alone makes you sweat like crazy, but with this it just goes even further. I am literally pouring with sweat when I use this. I like the individual packets, although they get messy with having to use your hands, they last forever. I only use this on my stomach region and it takes me about 3 workouts to use each packet! Not to mention I haven’t had any issues with staining clothing. ... show more

I love this product. I have a hard time sweating will working out. I sweat just not the amount I am happy with. I love this product. I bought a sweet sweat belt a few years ago and use that along with this, but I also rub this on my arms and legs when I am doing a full body work out and even without the belt my arms and legs will drip sweat by the end of my work out.
