Out of the box this thing looks great and sturdy. It’s easy to use even my 5 year old can rid it... as long as I lower the handle all the way dow past the holes. The screen on the lcd display lights up and only reads KM luckily military trained me to use KM. It also displays the battery life. Curiously it goes up sometimes while riding if I glide and don’t use motor. I guess it charges itself a tiny bit. There are three speed settings plus a manual only mode labeled as 0,1,2, and 3 the whole thing, minus the handles folds up and isn’t too heavy. The solid rubber wheels along with the front shock make for a very smooth ride. As long as you’re under 150lbs it rides like a champ. Has no issue going through grass, however any off road hill climbing is a no go. It does well on light terrain and pavement. The kids love it and so do I as I’m also under 150 😁. I’m hoping the batter lasts a few good years to let the kids grow in to it. Keeps up with my Onewheel Pint pretty well. ... show more

Purchased one for Christmas in 2019 for oldest son. It has been great still runs and charges like brand new. Ordered another for Christmas 2020. It last just over a year from purchase which was in November. The battery quit charging in December the following year so it was used about 11 months. I tried to file a warranty claim but it had been over 1 year from purchase date so pretty much screw you. Quality apparently dropped dramatically and customer service was useless. Oh they did offer if I paid shipping to return and they diagnosed the problem being from a series batteries that had issues that they would only make me pay $82 and ship back for free. Otherwise it was $40 shipping to them, new battery $115 and another $40 to ship back to me. I paid $199. That Chinese math doesn't really work for me. Overall quality control horrible, sturdy and nice equipment when working properly, terrible customer service. ... show more

Got this for my son's birthday and he loved it. Good speed, pretty sturdy and easy for an 8 year old to turn on and manage. After using it after a light rain, no standing puddles just wet ground, the charger stopped working and the battery lost all charge. Now we just have a super expensive scooter with seemingly no way to change out the battery. If anyone knows where I can find a replacement battery help my 8 year old get back on his wheels. ... show more

We bought 2 scooters. One is still working great 2 years later (my 10 yr old daughter) The other one had a glitch in the computer and didn’t brake when needed. My son was pretty hard on his so we sent it in to Asurion a few times for various reasons. When the sent it back it would only “go” periodically, like they wired the new computer in wrong. But the last time we sent it into them the gave us a full refund 1 year and 10 months after buying because they couldn’t fix the problem. ... show more

As a 22 year old, 140lb man, this thing is rad beyond belief! You can cruise it for as long as you keep an eye on your hills! And 15 mph? That's rad fast! I had an officer drive next to me and run it saying he actually got it going 20~! Very nice gentleman that even admired this scooter!

The charger didn’t work. Contacted company and they sent another one, but it wasn’t the same so the charge is unreliable. Charged with siblings charger and it works fine. Now having to share chargers.

So I actually bought this for me as my kids had their own and I enjoy taking them around the block I am 140 pound woman and it holds me just fine and rides perfectly the only downfall to the scooter compared to my child’s other scooter is the brakes are not great There is a rear foot brake and a handbrake and a sign that they both do not hold up to the way the other scooter breaks so if my child uses mine and decides to go fast I always have to remind him that my brakes don’t work as good as his other than that it’s a great scooter ... show more
