Description

Teach violin with the popular Suzuki Violin School. The Suzuki Method(R) of Talent Education is based on Shinichi Suzuki's view that every child is born with ability, and that people are the product of their environment. According to Shinichi Suzuki, a world-renowned violinist and teacher, the greatest joy an adult can know comes from developing a child's potential so he/she can express all that is harmonious and best in human beings. Students are taught using the mother-tongue" approach. Each series of books for a particular instrument in the Suzuki Method is considered a Suzuki music school, such as the Suzuki Violin School. Suzuki lessons are generally given in a private studio setting with additional group lessons. The student listens to the recordings and works with their Suzuki violin teacher to develop their potential as a musician and as a person. This Suzuki piano accompaniment book aids in Suzuki violin lessons. • Arrived as described and on time
The music book that I ordered arrived in good condition, exactly as described and on time. I am completely pleased with the service and will use them again.

  • Easy to read
I wasn't thrilled that the Suzuki organization decided to do another revision so I needed another new accompaniment book; however, the book itself is good. Introductions are given, the music is clear and easy to read, which is good as my eyes aren't as young as they once were.

  • Great set of songs
I am a big fan of this Suzuki violin 1 book - the pieces are organized in a really lovely way from simple to more challenging, and the piano accompaniment book is terrific too.

  • Good book
Good for learning to play violin and piano

  • Glad to be able to accompany my child
My child has started playing the violin. Thankfully, I can play the piano. The other kids are only able to play with a CD versus I can accompany my child, just like he has during his recitals. And, I can vary the speed as he gets better - again, the CD can't do that.

  • awesome on kindle
the Suzuki violin book 1 accompaniments on my ipad kindle app is the best thing EVER, I have eliminated carrying around tons of books everything is right here on my Ipad! Easy to use, yes a little small but who cares, I always have the piano part with me!

  • Great customer service though
This is my fault - I didn't read the description carefully, this is not a violin instruction book. This is for piano accompaniment. Great customer service though, that took care of my problem and corrected it. Thank you!

  • My son enjoys practicing his violin more
The pieces are not too hard to play, and now my 6 year old enjoys playing his violin while I accompany him on the piano. It makes practice much more enjoyable, and we sound pretty good together!
