The media could not be loaded. I got this unit for under 100. The instructions for my HTV said between 325 and 328 for 10-15 seconds. I went with 326 for 13 seconds and it came out flawlessly. So how could I say anything negative when it was my first shirt on the machine! I used Teflon in between the two sets of fabric (sandwiched in the shirts middle) the image, Parchment paper, and another Teflon sheet. Allowed the image to cool. Before pulling. I smoothed the image with a roller prior to pre pressing and prepressed for 13 seconds. Then peeled and layed image down put parchment paper over the image then a Teflon sheet. I received my heat press very promptly and I tested all of the heading elements and everything works great. The only issue that I have is that a label on the mug press said to remove plastic coating prior to use. It was not clear what this was referring to and I removed the interior teflon coating. Is there a way to easily readhere it? I appreciate any support that can be provied.

The media could not be loaded. I bought back in December and just now got to use it. I have used it maybe 3 times and the pole that adjust the press to move up and down has already stripped out. So 200$ wasted... I was so disappointed but the seller has been a big help and willing to replace what is broke. Thank you so much for the great coustmer service.
