Product was advertised to include a penlight, which was not included in the package. Oddly the strap to hold the penlight is there, so it must have been forgotten or removed from the product itself. My product came half-used and broken. The reflex hammer was broken and everything looks like it had been used and returned. I will be returning this product to amazon. The picture above is precisely the moment I opened the container. What a terrible product.

I am confused why this product is being sold to Amazon. The products are worn, used, and rusted. I’ve yet to have a bad product from Amazon but this is gross. Unless you don’t mind used equipment—I wouldn’t purchase.

Disgusting. As another reviewer mentioned the pieces were crusty and dusty and there was hair in the case with the instruments. I believed the prior reviewer, but thought it was just one unlucky purchase that wasnt assessed properly. The images should speak for themselves . The items were used and or dirty, the light was broken as well. Purchasing the items did not break the bank however no one should purchase anything as new and receive this . Buyer beware ! Don’t purchase this .

I need this kit for a nursing assessment, the hammer arrived in the kit and was brown and dirty-looking, the rubber was dry and cracked and didn't fit tightly in the handle, so when I went to strike the tendon I was afraid it would come off and hit my patient. The rest of the items in the kit were fine - I thought they would be "cheap" quality for the price, but the tuning forks were quite nice.
