Warning? Warning #1: There are serious build quality (QC) issues with them, however, if you get a pair without said issues, you have a fantastic value on your hands. Solution: when you buy a pair, be sure to buy more than one pair so that you may keep the functional pair. Warning #2: These run VERY big in size. I wear a 10.5 in every other shoe except these and another pair of high quality work boots I own. For these, a 9.5 was the right fit; a full size smaller than regular shoes. It seems that high quality work boots just run large for some reason. So maybe that explains why so many reviewers indicate that they fit as expected, maybe they know to order a size smaller when it comes to high quality boots. Solution: order several pairs at the same time, in several size increments smaller than what you normally wear, so you can keep the pair that fit. My selection: Dark brown, composite toe, waterproof. Pros: The leather is simply fantastic. Feels cool to the touch and very soft yet firm.. almost as if it had been mink oiled prior to shipment. I can't stress enough how high quality the leather feels, and the boot appears to have high quality welt construction with double welt stitching at the toe; and triple stitching at seams. The interior of the boot is silky and plain luxurious. The toe areas are roomy yet don't feel like yawning caverns; just the right amount of room. The soles are comfortable and seem very high quality. The boots are not heavy, but heavy enough to know they're no cheap boot. Cons: I ordered several pair in several sizes. The 10.5's were not only too big, but the toe construction was off. It slanted back instead of emerging perpendicular to the sole; it looked odd and actually ugly in my opinion. Thank goodness the 9.5's that fit had proper toe construction. However, the 9.5's had a bad seam at the tongue. Where the tongue and the top of the toe leather meet, there was a stitched area that was intended to join the two surfaces; it did not. The stitching missed the lower leather and created a large hole for water to flood the inside of the boot through(see pics). Rather than send the boot back, I repaired the boot my self (see pics). It was very difficult, did not go as planned, and I definitely don't recommend trying to stitch this leather if you encounter a similar problem. Even though the leather was supple, it was still incredibly hard to pass a heavy gauge needle through; and that was also while using silky cord specifically used for stitching leather. I broke not one, but three heavy-gauge-needles in the process (see pic). I nearly jabbed myself numerous times struggling to get the needles through. I'm a mechanic by trade and have reasonably strong hands- by the time I finished they were shaking with fatigue; from all the care it took to prevent injury while also avoiding any puncture of the water proof inner membrane. This failed, the membrane was punctured a number of times despite a serious effort not to. Long story short, both sets of boots arrived with build problems. So, why the 5 star review? Like I said, if you get a good pair, or even an acceptable pair, you are getting such a high value for less than a hundred dollars that it's a product worth keeping on Amazon. If they last even half as long as I suspect they will, I will be back to buy more in the future. This time however, I'll be ordering three pairs of 9.5s, and keeping the set that's free of issues. I did not rate water resistance, nor durability, because I haven't any experience with those yet. Hope this helps!

The media could not be loaded. This pair of work boots is designed for tough jobs, and it delivers in all aspects. The full grain leather used in the boots is of amazing quality, making them both durable and stylish. The craftsmanship of the boots is fantastic and is reflected in the precise stitching and the True Goodyear welt. My wife and sister both thought that I should not use these as work boots because of how nice they looked. Comfort is key for me, especially when working long hours, and this pair of boots doesn't disappoint. The inner lining is super supple and padded, providing a level of comfort that outperforms every other boot I have had. It's possible to wear these boots for 10-12 hours a day without any fatigue. My first day wearing them I walked over 6 miles throughout the day and had no issues. In addition to being comfortable, the boots are also equipped with features to ensure safety on the job. The oil/slip/chemical/heat resistant outsole provides excellent traction and stability, and the little dots on the bottom increase friction. The heat-resistant outsole works perfectly on asphalt. The two holes under the insole are actually a steel shank, which improves arch support and stability, and helps the boot keep its shape over time. I am constantly moving from dirt and clay mud to concrete and asphalt and on and off equipment and have not had any issues slipping whatsoever. They are also easy to wipe off at the door with a heavy duty mat or boot brush. Normally boots have large treads that are used for grip but these boots are easy to clean off so you don't track dirt and mud into your house. This is important for me because I live on a working farm and the soil here is heavy with red clay. The boots come with an extra insole to adjust the fit, making them even more versatile. I have wide flat feet and usually have difficulty finding well fitting boots. These fit well without the insole, but even better with it. I put the extra insole under the sole that is in the boot and they are extremely comfortable and I haven't had any shin splints after wearing them all day 7 days a week for a month straight. All in all, this is a fantastic pair of work boots that provide comfort, durability, and safety, making them an excellent investment for anyone looking for high-quality work boots. I have spent money on high priced boot and been disappointed in the past. That lead me to get into the habit of buying cheaper boots and replacing them after a few months. Sureway boots are my new go to work boot. I am looking forward to trying another style that they offer. If you are on the fence, use the option to try them for a week. I am sure you will keep them.

This is a nice comfortable boot..it did run a little big. Got the same size as my current work boots but the fit like aa 1/2 size big..Also, they are noticeably heavy compared to my other boots.. Still a good boot..

Full disclosure, I'm in day 1 of wearing these boots, but I can tell you that out of the gate, I am very impressed with the comfort of these boots. I was a little hesitant to go "off-brand" as I am very particular with my work boots, but I highly recommend these. I stand all day long, and they are super comfortable. They're not heavy, as other reviews have stated, and fit as expected. They even come with inserts, if they don't quite fit, to tighten up the feel of how it fits on your foot. Good quality, but I can see the laces breaking down over time- but who cares? Replace them with a more durable lace, and you're good to go. I can see myself wearing these for a long time. You won't regret buying these boots.

Update* the second pair of boots they sent have a much better toe shape to them and are better crafted and more comfortable would recommend giving them a shot! The toe curls in where the protective portion is and hits my knuckles on my feet leaving uncomfortably and could cause blisters, boots look nice and feel good when standing but any walking or abrubt stopping and they are painful
