I purchased this ladder- and then I read all the negative reviews. They caused me concern. The ladder arrived before the expected delivery date. The box was extremely light, which had me wondering how heavy duty it really could be. This ladder is worth every cent. It is very easy to install and very solid if installed correctly. I purchased one for the back of my van and liked it enough to purchase another for the side. They are durable and sharp looking. I weigh about 180 and use them almost daily. Maybe the seller has pulled their s$%t together recently- because I am satisfied with my purchase as well as how fast it was shipped. The ladder also perfectly matched the description. It’s not even safe for kids to use and do not like the way it needs to be mounted. Definitely a rust creator so I did not install it. I might use it as a clothes hanger in my closet instead!

Super easy to install. Comes with decent screws, however I used my own self-tapping ones. No bolting or pilot holes needed. I also applied a lap sealant around the edges just to give a little more protection to back up the butyl tape.
