These are perfect for body weight exercises. Husband is 220 and these are perfect, unlike plastic ones he tried before. They are sturdy, no wobble. They are built well and uniform in height.

They feel strong and secure and are a good size and height for various calisthenic workouts and skills. I think these will be a good addition to my workout, allowing for more range of motion with the wrist to practice holds before doing them on the ground. The grips on mine came damaged though. A tiny tear in one which is no big deal but the other has a chunk missing and will likely lead to the whole grip deteriorating pretty quickly.
