Ultimately, this didnt work for me. Its very difficult to get on and the directions just didnt speak to me. Finally figured it out but its super stiff and super uncomfortable for sleep. So, i stuck it in my first aid kit in case of a zombie apocalypse.

I purchased this for my sister who has rotator cuff issues. As a therapy who has worked with a lot of slings I really like this one. The fact that it can be used for the left and right arms is a plus.

I cant get the sleeve all the way down to support near my elbow because the forearm is too large for the sleeve. Probably made for medium to large but not xtra large. I wear 4xl shirts and 54”+ sport coats. Also is a bit warm. Im trying to make it work but without the elbow support it doesnt feel comfortable.

I shattered my shoulder in a mountain bike crash and needed a sling to hold things in place until surgery. My shoulder was super unstable and would dislocate with small movements and even a cough. This sling worked well to strap my arm down and stabilize my shoulder, even while sleeping. The Velcro gives a lot of adjustability for comfort and you have to spend the time to find the right fit for your body and injuries. I bought a second one of these to have a spare while I washed the first one since I wore it 24/7. Great product for a bad situation.

On the Pro's side - the Velcro is really strong. On the Con's side - the Velcro is really TOO strong. It was almost impossible to thread the tab ends through the part that holds it. When I finally got it attached and undid it, the Velcro pulled threads loose. And I'm not the one who just had surgery! Size - this was small for my husband's arm and left the hand hanging out. The overall size seemed small.

My left side, including my arm is paralyzed. Myarm has always fallen out of other slings and I wouldn't know it until something started hurting over there. There is no falling out of this snug, well manufactured. great material sling. That arm is no longer just tugging on my shoulder nor falling out and hanging down where it's not supposed to be...I recommend this sling, from someone who's tried many...
