these are similar to the ones i have been buying for years, i do not know if they are a different specific version or if they changed how they are made at the company. i always buy supersheildz. i know that the last 10 times i have ordered the supersheildz brand screen protectors, i order the HD clear. i have them for many different devices and they are wonderful. the ones that come in the cardboard envelope are the ones i use. currently i have a galaxy S7edge. this one works FANTASTICALLY. HOWEVER, it is MUCH less scratch resistant than the previous ones i bought, they were more rubbery and forgiving. as i used the card to push out the last few bubbles, it scratched the protector all up. the others were also thicker. i tried ordering from the same seller (supershieldz) since i have a replacement s7 edge that needed a new protector, they sent me the ones in the plastic box that would not stick to the EDGE part of my screen. i had to return them. but THESE from are the right ones. perfect fit. easy to apply if you know what you are doing, or can follow directions. those that get on here and talk about "its horrible", or "so many bubbles", do not know what they are doing. installing a screen protector takes a certain skill and practice. even being skilled at it, i always buy multipacks of the ones i need because i might just mess up one and need to use another. ... show more

SuperShieldz makes a great screen protector if you like the film type. They are smooth, fingers swipe easily on them and glare is a bit lower than plain glass. They can be a bit tough to install, but are very forgiving. I thought I goofed mine up on one of the corners, but after it sat overnight, it healed itself and looks great. Bubbles disappear and small dust particles vanish. If you are good at installing things like this, go for it. You won't be disappointed. I just ordered a bunch of these for our family's new Samsung S10's we are getting next week. ... show more

I'm constantly getting a glare. And after a month or two now, no scratches... But I dropped my phone maybe 2 feet and BAM! Screen cracked all along the button and the bottom left and right edges. Maybe it would have been worse without the case, but it would now cost $280 to fix a brand new phone I paid $150 for. ... show more

I was expecting this to be somewhat of an okay screen protector but it is absolutely horrible. I "installed" it & it just wouldn't stick that well, kept catching on my tshirt or simply random objects. & the bubbles were everywhere. I tried to remove the bubbles but it was impossible. I also took my phone to a cellular store & the employee legit thought that the super shieldz was the protective screen that comes with the phone brand new. So please heed my advice & experience with this, don't buy it.
