The phone was good. But I don't think it was worth the money. I spend 400$+ on this product and it had 87% battery life which is good and as advertised. However, there was a dent in the body which may occur from a drop and also there was a permanent black tiny dot on the screen. The tempered glass was already applied so it was hard to say that the black dot on the screen was on the tempered or the actual screen. However, after seeing the phone I felt it was not worth 400$+ since you can get a brand new iPhone 12 from Apple for 600$. I think these refurbished iPhones are overrated. Don't get me wrong phone worked well and definitely may have more life in it. For me, the quality I am expecting from spending 400$+ was not there.

My husband's iPhone 8 was having serious issues. Camera was not working, battery was not holding up, etc. I found this iPhone12 reconditioned for a very reasonable amount. Came days before it was supposed to even on a holiday week. Had to do a factory reset to restore from a previous backup, which only took a few minutes. Was able to move the sims card from his old phone and update it quickly. Phone is great shape, was as described in the listing. Battery was at 70% when it arrived but has kept a charge all day long since. It came with a generic box, charging cord and cube (which was how it was listed in the listing). Did not have any paperwork with the phone, but don't think they do anymore anyway. Husband is very happy and can use his camera once again. Would most certainly buy an iPhone from Amazon again!!!

Bought this as a work phone and it’s literally perfect. I saw mixed reviews and was nervous but this phone is brand new. And so affordable and nice. I really do not think I got a renewed version, it doesn’t have a scrape or anything on it it’s brand new. Ordered the phone on a Monday and received it Wednesday, originally wasn’t supposed to come until Friday. Very happy and impressed. It’s from Verizon and comes in a verified Verizon box but do not let that confuse you it’s an unlocked phone for any carrier but it is reassuring to know it’s from a big company. Buy it!

I got this phone yesterday. So, once I got it, I noticed little scratches on the outer rim (the blue part). I’m not super worried about it since I have a case on it, but if that kind of thing bothers you, here’s your warning. There weren’t any scratches on the screen, camera, or the back though. The phone does get hot pretty easily and I got a temperature warning earlier today, which is faster than my old iPhone X, but I also live in Texas so that could be why. I love the .5 lens and the camera in general, so I shared two pics using it to show how it looks; great quality for sure. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the fact that the battery life is 79%. For that reason, I’m docking it one star. I think it would qualify for the option that was below “like new,” but a “like new” phone should have at least 87% battery health. Overall, still a lovely phone; I’m very grateful!

I ordered an iphone 12 64gb..This was delivered a day early and was well packaged. Upon unboxing and inspection, I found this phone was in EXCELLENT condition. Not 1 scratch on any of the glass or camera lenses. The only possible defect was some very light marks on the sides where a case had rubbed it. Overall the condition was great. Battery health is at 87%. This is an upgrade for my husband from an iphone 6s. Setting up was a breeze. Would definitely purchase from again.

Don't know if expectations were too high but I bought the excellent condition and it had a slightly noticable crack on the front screen near the camera, little dents on the corner edges and little dents around the back camera.. I understand it's a used phone but if this is "excellent condition" I'm afraid to see the other conditions... Battery capacity is at 100% which is amazing. Everything else is functional. I'd say I'm still quite satisfied.

i wanted to buy a new phone for my brother, and after looking at tons of websites to buy refurbished phones, my last resort was to order a phone on amazon. now when it comes to ordering phones on here, i don't fully trust it seeing how before when i bought my first phone on amazon it barely worked at all. but after thoroughly reading the reviews and considering the price, i decided to get the phone for my brother after all. the order came a day early so i was very happy about that. in fact, i was able to surprise my brother about it and he was very happy. the phone came unlocked as expected, 128 gigs, with an 87% battery life. we checked to see if the volume and sound work which they do, along with the cameras. the phone gets a 4/5 though because there were multiple scratches, which i wasn't expecting because i ordered the excellent condition. there were scratches on the camera rims and mainly on the sides of the phone which luckily could be covered with a phone case. all that aside, my brother was just happy that he got a new working phone and that's all that matters to me!

As an Android user I was reluctant to switch over when my phone got outdated! And since Apple does things different, there was a learning curve! But there is a plethora of help available and now I’m finding it easier to navigate! I love increased internal storage and the ability to easily FaceTime with other iPhone users! So far, files and my own music aren’t easy to put in and at times I’m going to miss the headphone jack! I know Bluetooth is easily available but sometimes that can cause interference when trying to use multiple devices such as a keyboard, headphone buds, or speaker system at the same time! But I’m still in exploring mode and feel that as I learn more about it some of my questions will be answered! So far I find the phone to be well built, nice size, great battery life, and very fast to navigate!
