This is definitely a good led strip. You can see the tightness of the leds they add to the strip. The colors are bright the response is fast. The instructions to the installation are well detailed and even include an adhesive promoter. Definitely worth the money.

I can’t speak for the other reviewers but for me this was both a hit and miss. HIT: the lights work and works greatly with the ability to change into multiple colors on command. MISS: the adhesive on the strip is a bit weak and didn’t have the strength to stick to areas I used before with other brand LED strips. If you choose to buy this brand make sure to have some strong adhesive glue that will help. Otherwise in terms of the LED lights themselves it is a go for me. ... show more

    • THE REAL LED LIGHTS LOOK JUST LIKE THE PICTURES YOU ARE SEEING THE LIGHTS THAT YOU WILL GET

I have ordered a lot of LED lights only to find out they are not the same as the pictures that you see when you are looking for LED lights that are of good quality and have a lot of lights per segment. I have found that most of the lights you are looking at and you will see a lot of lights in each segment so you order them only to find out the lights are not the same lights and there is very few lights in each segment. The LED lights you see are the lights you will get and they are good quality and I have not had any problems with the lights. I install the lights in a lot of fishing boats the lights work very good and last a long time, and in a marine environment in a boat that is a five star product. I see others have had some problems with the lights but think about it just for a second they come in a computer static electrically safe bag the lights are fragile when not wired up to the system controller just like any other low voltage computer parts. I am very happy to get the lights that I am pitched in the add and not a poor LED light set. I would recommend the LED lights, ( static electrical discharge will for sure damage the lights be sure to drain any static before you open the bag or work with the lights ) may not be the lights that are bad and wonder about the other bad reviews I have seen I have install over 87 sets in the past 3 years with no bad lights, so think and recommend using good computer repair parts handling skills to save yourself the headaches ... show more

This was the best $40 I ever wasted. The lights are billed as for outdoor use, and water proof. The second past is right. I did everything as directed. But the adhesive just isn’t made to work with expansion and contraction of outdoor use. Might be okay indoors. Buyer BEWARE! UPDATE: I did run into some problems with the controller. After contacting SuperNight, they responded courteously and promptly. They are sending a replacement at no cost. I definitely give high marks to this vendor for their customer service and would look to them for future purchases. ... show more

I turned a 110yr claw foot tub into a Recirculating fountain. I had the LED's around the rim of the tub. They were not submerged. 2 days in I had to get more tape as the lights were falling down. At the end of the week the clear plastic coating was getting cloudy and lights were going out. 2nd week I might have had a dozen working. ... show more

These work well for the price. However you do need some items in order for it to work. Dummy me thought I could just plug these into the 12v RGB connector on my PC motherboard and have them work as an RGB strip with Aura Sync. My plan was to do that and then have them wrap around the back of my desk for accent lighting controlled by my PC RGB programs. Not possible. THESE DON'T WORK THAT WAY! You need a 24V power source and an IR Remote system. As long as you buy those too, these will work great. Really bright with lots of colors. I repeat... you need a 24v power source! Not 12v! Some power sources on here are sold as working for led strips at 12v but not this strip! This strip needs 24v! These will not be good for outdoor use or sticking under your ricer car for underglow. The stickiness is really good and if you cut them in the correct spot and but the necessary connectors, you can get a lot of use out of them as this is a really long spool of lights. ... show more

The interior LED strips that I purchased for a car failed after less than a year. The kit included 4 LED strips, power supply, and Bluetooth controller. After less than a year the lights for the front had burnt-out LEDs in 4 spots on the strips which limited the lighting options to red and green, and anything containing blue would not light correctly creating a messy color effect. Rather than spending another $80-100 on a new kit I found these 12V replacement lights that matched what was supplied with the originals. Using some 4 pin 10mm LED strip to wired solderless adapters (purchased on Amazon) I successfully replaced the bad strips. These seem to be brighter and have more brilliant color than the originals. ... show more
