The media could not be loaded. I just got these hearing aids at Christmas I am so happy with them. They fit very well in the channel of my ears. You can press the aid button 5 times in order to adjust the volume that you need. it comes with several assessories, hearing aids case that recharges itself. Has extra Cerumen caps, ear domes. usb cable and a easy manual to read. They fix perfect in my ear. Now when I'm out at Restaurants I can adjust my hearing by tapping my aid. I need hearing aids full time. I had a problem with the right hearing aid and I emailed customer service of Vivtone. They responded right away and replaced the malfunctioning pair. They updated me on when I will be getting the replacement. Thank you Ina for your help.
