I love this rug!! It looks very extravagant for the price. The colors are beautiful and just as they appear online. This rug is thin, but extremely soft to walk on. It was wrapped in heavy plastic to protect it. There were wrinkles from being rolled, but soon relaxed after a few hours and laid perfectly flat.     • NICE RUG BUT LOTS OF RIPPLES

The rug was the perfect size 5x8 and colors (gray, beige, brown, almost black). Unfortunately there were many ripples after it was unrolled. Lying it down for a few days and weighting it down did not really help. I went on-line to see if there were any solutions. I found a many suggestions, some of them I had already tried. A suggestion to "steam" the rug sounded practical to me. However, I did not have a steamer nor did I want to pay for someone to do it. So, there was a suggestion along with a video how to do yourself. Wet a small cotton towel (I used a kitchen towel) and wring it out. Put the wet towel on the wrinkles and use an iron to go over the towel. This creates a steam and will not damage the rug. It is best to do a small portion - the size of the towel. The more rippled, the longer I held the iron in that spot. It was tedious, but I was determined. It now has approximately 99% of the ripples gone. I now can say that I love the rug. ... show more

I ordered 2 runners and 2 other rug sizes, one to go under my kitchen table and one to under my stools at the island. Each rug shipment came quickly and all the rugs were rolled, wrapped and sealed tightly to not get dirty or wet in transport. The design and colors are much prettier in person than on the web. The ends will be curled from being rolled however; for the most part my large rug settled out on its own and the runners I have put a piece of furniture on the end as you see in the pic. That has helped out a lot and should be settled completely in another day or two. No big deal. It's not a thick rug like an oriental rug but it's a nice quality for what you pay and has the jute backing. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a good quality rug. It’s very soft. One problem I’m too lazy to fix, it’s not even all the way around. I’m not sure what’s going on with the measurements, but one side is shorter than the other. It’s not too obvious when it’s in the room with lots of objects. I’ll show y’all a video. ... show more
