I love this stuff! Originally bought from Hobby Lobby and it wasn't enough, so 2 day Amazon shipping saved the day. I did catch them on sale! I used these to frame my diy wooded bathroom mirror and they worked great. We even tried pulling it off after and it would not budge. It's okay, but just really hard to cut the tape, (sticky mess et al.!) - best use is if you're going to be using long strips. (Otherwise, just use their pre-cut strips - same brand.)

I had a 9 inch rubber strip under the open pedal on my kitchen garbage can that fell off. This is the rubber strip that keeps the garbage can from sliding on the floor. I thought long and hard on what type of glue to use to reattach the piece of rubber to the steel piece it was no longer attached to. Finally I came across this super glue double sided construction adhesive tape and decided to give it a try. Folks, it worked perfectly. I attached a 9 inch strip to the piece of rubber and trimmed the excess tape off the rounded corners and an minute part on the edge with a pair of scissors. Then I used a tooth pick to lift up the film enough to remove the entire strip with my fingers so that I could attach the rubber strip to the metal on the garbage can. I pressed the glue side of the rubber strip to the space on the medal garbage can for a few minutes until it set. This double sided tape worked great for my needs and can think of many other uses. Last summer I made an outdoor cabinet the screen doors on the bottom. I had a heck of a time holding the screen in place so that I could attach a wood strip around it. This tape would have worked great as a sticky gasket to hold it to the would and free up both hands to attach the wood strip that I screwed it too. This product worked great for my needs and I recommend it to family, friends, and others looking for a double sided tape with a variety of uses. Enjoy! ... show more
