Purchased this for our boys ages 15, 14, 13 and 12 years old. Fit them well. They still have space to grow into it. One was ordered for my husband as well but it didn't fit him properly. He wears a 2x and I recall reading a comment here stating it showed a man's belly button and that is how high it was for my husband LOL! For children/teens, I would say yes but for adults, No Lol He ended up giving it to my 11 year old nephew who was super excited to have one for the paint ball outing. So my son and I are just staring to get into paintball and I don't want his first time out to be his last. I looked around for a bit and finally decided on the maddog combo kit. When it arrived the vest was thicker then I thought it was gonna be which was a nice surprise we tried it on him the fit was good he was able to move quit easily no restrictions like the quality can't wait to see how it actually performs. The gloves are exactly what I was looking for hard shell on the back of the hand and fingers just a smidgen big but he can still move and control his paint marker. Not much to say about the neck protector I never used one when I played years ago but we'll see how well it does when we actually get a chance to play. Definitely good quality for the price. My husband wanted me to join him in paintball. I've never been so he said just to be prepared for to get shot and for it to hurt. I don't like not knowing things so I told him to shoot me point blank so I would know exactly how much it would hurt ahead of time. He hesitated but after days of asking I stood there and took a shot to the thigh wearing jeans OUCH I bruised for weeks! I also put this vest on and told him to shoot me he did twice and it definitely did not hurt as much as not wearing protection, one of the little paintballs bounced off the vest and I had no bruises after. We bought these for our kids ages 10-12 for their first ever paintball experience, these really protected them well. Must times they didn’t even know when they were hit on the chest or hands. They actually had no bruising from paintball where they were padded, which is exactly why we purchased them. We did wear them down here is Texas in the summer and of course it’s hot but no bruises is the bigger trade off! We are really happy with these! ... show more

Love it it protects me very well in airsoft and keeps me warm in cold weather it straps on under my main vest and I barley fill guns at close and long ranks in center mass Area gloves are nice and the neck thing is weird that’s the only thing out of it I don’t use
