This jacket has stood up nicely to below zero wind chills and freezing rain om several occasions. It completely blocks out wind and will keep me warm during hockey games in the cold rink. Best jacket ever!

Warm but not too bulky, the inside lining is soft and fuzzy and so far no shedding . One little thing that bugs me is the velcro staps at the cuff, they are pretty rigid against your skin at the wrist. They are adjustable so not a huge deal, I can almost keep them from rubbing but my other coat from this manufacturer didn't do that, that one is 2 or 3 years old. I got this for a trip to Iceland in late November. Temps ranged from about 15-40 degrees Fahrenheit, with significant wind (between 15-40 mph). Weather was pretty clear most of the time, not much snow. Pros: Very comfortable and thick. Perfect for the high winds and cold weather. Good waterproof jacket with the mild exception of the cuffs (see cons). I wore this with several layers, including a heavy sweater and biballs, and was quite warm. Went on a whale watching trip where I was out in the rain and high wind for several hours and was warm and dry. Cons: the pockets are terribly small for how much jacket there is. I have a 7” iPhone 12 Pro and it barely fit in the pockets without zipping. Cramming my gloves in the pockets was a chore. That’s really the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. The jacket is pretty waterproof but the cuffs, naturally, have less layers. So that was the only area that became wet after standing in the rain for a few hours. Dried out pretty quickly though. I wear an 18-20 in tops but have wider hips so I sized up to a 3x. Glad I did because it was tight fitting with all the layers. Overall a great jacket for the trip! Super glad I had it. ... show more

Fantastic Performance and Value! My New Favorite Snow Coat I am so impressed with the SUOKENI Snow Coat! This jacket is an absolute winner, delivering excellent performance on the mountain without the huge price tag of major brands. It's truly become my go-to coat for cold weather and winter sports. Here’s why I love it: • Serious Warmth: The insulation is fantastic. I've worn this jacket on some seriously cold, windy days while skiing/snowboarding, and it kept me completely toasty with just a simple base layer underneath. The adjustable cuffs and high collar do a great job of sealing the cold out. • Kept Me Bone-Dry: The waterproof and windproof shell holds up beautifully against heavy snow and sleet. Sooo cozy, soft, and warm. Adore the color! I also really like the pockets and the faux fur inner lining. The weather doesn’t get too intense where I live, so I’ve only tested this out in about 50°F without snow or high winds, and was plenty warm and cozy. (I usually run super cold to begin with). Truthfully, I should not have purchased the size I did. I sized up too much based on my bust and other folks’ comments regarding sizing. So the jacket is quite big on me, and especially long in the arms. Kinda feels like I’ve borrowed my husband’s coat. However, I don’t mind a ton. The XL provides me with ample room for layers lol. For sure worth the price. I just probably should have gone with a large, or maybe a medium instead. Still a new coat, so idk what its longevity is, but so far so good. Would buy again. ... show more

I WENT ON AND KEPT THE SUOKENI WATERPROOF WINTER SNOW JACKET, BUT THOUGH THE JACKET SEEMS WARM ENOUGH OVERALL, IT SEEMS TO HAVE SOME SIGNIFICANT ISSUES. IT IS MADE OUT OF PROPORTION. THE BOTTOM ANGLES IN LIKE FOR A MAN'S JACKET, NOT A WOMAN'S. IF I HAD A BIT MORE BOOTIE IT WOULD BE A REAL PROBLEM FOR THIS JACKET. THE HOOD IS REALLY HUMONGOUS AND AWKWARD EVEN FOR MY BIG HEAD..TEE HEE...EVEN WHEN TIGHTENED. ALSO, IT REALLY NEEDS AN INNER SLEEVE BC TIGHTENING THE VELCRO WRIST BAND DOESN'T HELP TO STOP THE AIR WELL WITHOUT GLOVES ON. I WORE IT ONCE AND TEND TO AVOID WEARING IT.
