On my second purchase. First one I failed to fully secure, only used the 4 "leg" anchors. Left it overnight to finish in morning. Guess when a storm decided to come in... Did the whole shebang this time around. Will see how it lasts in the NV sun... Looks nicer than a bunch of cheaper tarps I used after my harbor freight liner died. Was a bit smaller than the 10x20 it replaced Made it work anyway. Seems to be of good quality. Does not show dirt like the white one it replaced.

    • Pole hook stitching is weak, but otherwise good so far.
It's only been a couple months, and the hook stitching on the end of the legs are pulling out of the tarp material. That's a weak spot, and I expect the hooks to tear out completely any time. Time will tell how fast the sun will rot the material, but it was easy to install, and fit perfectly.

This Canopy top measures: Length 234" + 16" for valance - Good for 20ft long. Width 126" + valance - Good for 11ft between side rails, Low Top. Mine is a High Top, requiring 12 ft between side rails. Otherwise this is a nice looking canopy top.

    • Ok, but picture doesn't show the quality of tarp.
I purchased this because it looks like those super sturdy heavy duty tarps. And others commented how it lasted longer than the Costco originals. It isn't any heavier duty than the Costco tarp. As for how long it last I cannot say since I just installed it.
